An amazing company! Fantastic customer service. Same day service. Who does that anymore?! I called and two hours later Luke appeared to solve the problem. Unfortunately, due to me, I had to have them come the next day to repair the problem. Travis, you're a miracle worker! Two great guys who were prompt and ahead of the scheduled time, friendly, courteous, and really knew their job. Thank you Precision!

Luke did an outstanding job repairing not only our garage door operator/motor, but also the entire system. He replaced the chain gear and sprocket, then made some repairs to the door guide and mounting points. When he was done, the door was so quiet, I couldn't believe it was the same garage door opener. It has NEVER been this quiet, not even when we first moved into the home. He was punctual, and did the work in a timely manner, without rushing the work. You can tell he is very skilled and experienced in his field. I'm glad we chose Precision door service. After seeing their work, I now know there is a name I can rely on for any future needs.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received by Precision. I came home to a broken spring which wouldn’t allow my door to open. Called Precision and they came out the same day and kept in contact about arrival time of the technician. Luke Dials was the tech and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected the door, etc and laid out my options. He then made all the repairs in a very efficient and timely manner. Great experience with Precision and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone !

My brother saw your truck in his neighborhood and told me to call for an estimate. I had already called one company but called Precision to get a comparison. Precision was much less for the service visit and the technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me lots of pointers and fixed several things, including that awful screechy noise. I originally called because my door opener appeared to be causing the electrical breaker to flip. Precision door sent out Mr. Luke Dials and we found the problem was actually another item plugged into the same circuit. Mr. Dials inspected the entire installation which is over 30 years old. He recommended changing out the fraying cables and plastic rollers. Best of all he installed a key system that allows me to open the garage when the power is out! The price was fair and included a AARP deduction of 10%. I am very happy.

5 Stars! Showed up on time, investigated all parts of door and then advised on a plan. They only fixed what was broken, but gave a heads up for possible future areas to watch. I have had them come out a few times for repairs the past and the technicians are kind and knowledgeable. Will call them again. Excellent! (Also enjoyed the tech's dog, very sweet!)

Luke did a great job all the way around on this service call. We have a 3-car garage with two doors and we called because the double door wasn't working correctly. Luke cleared that problem up quickly and explained what he had done. I asked about replacing an aging, noisy garage door opener for the single door. Luke explained the options, including pricing, then performed a fast and efficient installation of the replacement GDO. After finishing, he explained all the features of the new GDO and how to work them. He also walked me through setting up the keypad and even programmed the car remote. I couldn't ask for better service.

He was so patient explaining the options and left us feeling we are now set for several years with a quiet opener that is working without making us fear we can't get into our home! He let us climb up the ladder to see the problems occurring with our motor so we would understand why a new device was needed----it was shredded! Luke even helped me put the opening code into my car----something I really appreciated, as technology is not my best skill! Precision is a wonderful company you can trust!

I had a problem with my garage door that it was coming apart from the door itself and the arm from the opener. Luke came out at 11 am as scheduled and accessed the situation. Repaired and replaced the arm fixed the problem. I really appreciate his overall service and asked me if I had any questions. I would highly this company. 8/7/2019
