The guys came last minute and fixed my springs and installed a new garage door opener. Very nice walked me through the new garage door opener. Luke was super nice. He said once i get my in car garage remote fixed give him a call and he will walk me through setting it up.

Precision was able to have a technician out within 2 hours of my call. Luke was very professional, did a thorough review of the entire system and replaced the spring which had broken. He answered all of my questions and provided the best solution for our repair needs without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. We’ve used them before and we’re not surprised by the top level of service we were provided... But Luke was Amasing, professional, courteous, COVID conches and just all around Amasing! On Christmas night as the family was leaving we( our garage door) broke a spring ... alarmed by what it was going to cost... we called precision back... Luke made the whole process fast, we'll done, and in my opinion affordable, even adding in some warranty work that we weren’t aware we had! Our garage door opening/closing function completely gave out, broke less than 24 hours ago, with no way possible to get my car out. This company not only were able fix/replace what was an old 15 yr old lift-master, but replaced it with one that has smart technology (that I never even knew existed! Lol), connects to an app with safety features as well as Amazon Prime for deliveries right to my garage! And did I mention it is soooo quiet when it opens/closes! We received the best service from Luke & Nick and received this quick, knowledgeable and professional service all within 24 hours. Very happy with the outcome! And we enjoyed meeting Luke’s very friendly dog “Bear” too! ????

Very responsive, came quickly. Figured out why our garage door wouldn't close and fixed the problem even though the job took into the early evening to resolve. Luke made sure the new operating system worked with our car's wifi remote. We were grateful because now we can use our garage door again.

Tech is amazing! Same tech that installed the opener and he noticed a broken hinge. He replaced it quickly and reset the opener and educated me on how to do it in the future. Will always recommend this company for any garage door projects.

Wow! They’re not kidding when Precision Door claims same day service. The customer service is absolutely stellar!!! Both Luke and trainee were both on time and courteous. Completed inspection followed by a few service options and the cost for each. After choosing an option they both got started and in no time our garage door was repaired. Thanks!
