Luke was outstanding, such a delightfully nice young man. He took time to thoroughly explain how an automatic garage door opener works and what I was doing wrong which is why the door would not engage. He then explained that the door would not open because the senors were not functioning; he replaced both sensors and I am happy to say I have a fully operational garage door! I would definitely recommend Precision and will call them again when I need my garage door services. Thank you Luke!

Second time customer. First time was a repair/adjustment on my door and replace a door opener; the second time was to install a door for my daughter (physical layout of garage required three possible scenarios which I needed to run by my daughter for her preference.) Both times, the (different) technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did his work professionally. I appreciate all costs being laid out for me with no pressure by either of them to 'upsell.'

Great Customer service. We had a problem with our door closing. We called Precision, they sent a tech person out, and within a half an hour the garage was door issues was fixed. I like that the tech person, explained everything to me in detail. Fast, easy and at reasonable price.

All my expectations were met and we received excellent service from technician Luke. He arrived within the time frame expected and completed the installation of a new garage door opener within a very short time frame. Since the device he replaced was very old Luke took the time to explain how all the new bells and whistles worked on the new opener. Very happy with the product and can’t say enough about Luke’s good work.....I recommend precision and if he is available ask for Luke to do the work.

We have had Precision service our door a few times. It is very quirky - big door, low ceiling, crooked floor. We had a disagreement about price on the most recent service in early 2018, and Stan was understanding and dealt with our concern in a straightforward and fair way. A test of a good business is how they deal with client concerns, and Precision passed the test well.

Turned out to be a good experience, from accommodating sales staff to professional and efficient technician (Luke). Don’t know if pricing was competitive but seemed within expectations and prompt service made it worthwhile. I would use again anytime needed.

Had Precision install new garage doors in 2009. Did good job and will continue to use Precision. Luke explained to me it was the battery that was out in the pad. He changed it for me. He also lubricated the garage doors. Suggested they be done annually. He was very helpful!!

One mornng to my surprise I found my car stuck in the garage as the door would not go up more than a couple of inches. I call the office and they had someone out to the house in 3 hours. I really appreciated that they not only got to me so quickly but had the door repaired in just a few hours despite having to call for an extra tall ladder. Luke was awesome. Very professional and clear about what the door needed and why. While I hope I don't need to invest any more into the door I'll call Precision again if I do.

Our house is for sale and we had a showing sometime between 1:30 - 2:30 PM. About 9:00 AM a cable on our garage door caught on one of our cars and pulled the top metal off our garage door and somehow broke/ruined the springs. I tried calling a couple of garage door repair places, and Precision was to first to offer to try to get someone here ASAP. While even that was not until well after noon, Luke, the repair person got right to work and had it all fixed by 2:00 PM, just as people showed up. Door looks and work fine now! Really, really appreciate the quick fix! We will definitely use Precision if we ever need help again!

We have been a customer of Precision Garage Door for the last 5 years and they have been amazing! I cannot recommend them highly enough. The first time we called them when our spring broke. The precision technician came and fixed the spring and we haven't had any issue with the spring since then. About two months ago our garage door became misaligned and we called precision again. Someone came and fixed it again and the door started to operate smoothly again, but misalignment happened just two months later, so we called them again. This time, not only they fixed the door but replaced the brackets, bearings, cables and bolts. They spent about two hours on the job and didn't charge me a dime for the service or the labor. Now that is called customer commitment. Precision guys are knowledgeable, customer-centric and each of the technicians we worked with are real gentlemen, so I feel pretty safe to call them home. Above all we recommend them highly and for our next garage door job we will call them.

My garage openers were install by Precision in June of 2014 and were adjusted in October of the same year. Not a word was said at either visit about oiling the hinges, etc., by either tech. Yesterday the man was extremely helpful; I say man because either he didn't tell me his name or more likely he did and I missed it; I'm afraid I am very delinquent when hearing people's name - my problem! He said they should be oiled yearly which no one had said; he explained and I watched how and where to oil/spray. That is something I can't do, but it is certainly something my daughter or someone else can do for me. I appreciated that! A lot of service people don't tell the customer so to keep that customer calling back for simple tasks such as this. He was polite, did the task without dawdling, and explained the process of signing on a tablet rather than paper form. Send him back anytime!, I appreciate a company with employees like him. Thank you. P. S. In the "Service Performed" below, I think garage door opener maintenance is preferable to "repair"in this instance.

Luke was very knowledgeable of my garage door and quickly diagnosed the issues via a system inspection. Luke worked up a couple of quotes and I chose the lifetime guarantee which included replacement of some west parts. After a short hour the door was operating better than it has for years. Thank you Precision Door for answering the call and for the quick next day service.
