I originally called because my door opener appeared to be causing the electrical breaker to flip. Precision door sent out Mr. Luke Dials and we found the problem was actually another item plugged into the same circuit. Mr. Dials inspected the entire installation which is over 30 years old. He recommended changing out the fraying cables and plastic rollers. Best of all he installed a key system that allows me to open the garage when the power is out! The price was fair and included a AARP deduction of 10%. I am very happy.

Luke did a great job all the way around on this service call. We have a 3-car garage with two doors and we called because the double door wasn't working correctly. Luke cleared that problem up quickly and explained what he had done. I asked about replacing an aging, noisy garage door opener for the single door. Luke explained the options, including pricing, then performed a fast and efficient installation of the replacement GDO. After finishing, he explained all the features of the new GDO and how to work them. He also walked me through setting up the keypad and even programmed the car remote. I couldn't ask for better service.

We have had Precision service our door a few times. It is very quirky - big door, low ceiling, crooked floor. We had a disagreement about price on the most recent service in early 2018, and Stan was understanding and dealt with our concern in a straightforward and fair way.
