Precision Garage door exceeded my expectations! After a break-in, I needed same-day service to replace garage door key pads and clickers. I called Precision, and they quickly and politely answered all of my questions, and had a technician named Marcus at my house within the morning. Marcus called me on his way to provide an estimate of arrival. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and provided prompt and thorough service. He answered all my questions, provided multiple options, and did an all-around great job. I highly recommend and would use Precision Garage Door again.

Our spring broke on late Friday night, we called Precision to see if we can get serviced soon. We called at 7:00pm and was able to get an appointment for someone to come out on Saturday between 12:00-2:00. Marcus came at 12:30 and replaced both springs. We pad Precision previously change the springs many years ago and bought the Lifetime Warrantee. Precision honored the agreement and completed the service free of charge. Great work Precision for prompt service and honoring the Warrantee without hassle. Tuan

Garage door opener failed after almost 18 years of service. Called Precision this afternoon, who dispatched Marcus within an hour. Marcus arrived, agreed the opener had reached the end of its service life, offered us some replacement opens, and 1.5 hrs later we had our new garage door opener installed and in service. I’ve used Precision 3 times since 2020. In each case everyone I’ve interacted with has been timely, considerate and pleasant. Wonderful, efficient and professional service. My garage door's main spring broke on a Saturday, and they had a terrific tech, Marcus, out within an hour. He had everything fixed in just a few more hours, with all the replacement parts in his truck. I highly recommend them. It's also a great feature that you can watch an introductory video of the tech before he/she arrives - that way you know who to expect. A nice touch.
