We have used Precision Door Service before, and when our garage door opener stopped working, they were the Company we trusted to install a new opener. Our technician was Marcus and he was GREAT. He discussed the options available for a new unit and helped us make an informed decision. We saw an ad on tv and remembered the name when looking for a different service company. They were very responsive in setting an appointment. Our service provider Marcus was extremely helpful and personable. 2 hours later we had a completely new system. New garage door motor, chain, keypad, and remotes. Mark was great! He analyzed the situation, determined the original install of the bar to the motor was a little too high, which ended up with the door dragging and the motor wouldn’t pull it. He fixed the problem in a timely fashion and we haven’t had any issues. Thanks much!
