This company cares about it’s customers. They show up on time, get right to work figuring out the issue, and then give you a couple options to choose from when possible. They then repair/replace what’s needed and are on their way. Great services!

This company was quick and very helpful. The young man helped educate me on so much about what to do when door will not open to programming the door-openers for both cars and house. I was very pleased. Jan Smith

Sean did an excellent job this afternoon! One of our springs broke and he gave us multiple options for not only fixing that, but how we could improve the quality and function of the garage door itself. The garage door is running like new and the money was well spent. Thanks again Sean!

Precision did a remarkable job from making an appointment to have a technician to service our broken door, and upon asking, to then show us how affordable it was to replace the doors and all the hardware! Luke (inital technician/salesman) was Excellent! Very friendly and professional. Respected the social distancing paramters set by the CDC and his company. Then Julia was excellent in contacting me to set up the installation date and go over pricing and answer all questions. Then Gary came and did an Exceptional job installing two Beautiful New Doors with all new hardware! After the job finished I paid the balance online but noticed an Oops on the invoice. I contacted Julia and she and the Owner Kim fixed the problem lickity-split! Talk about customer service! Phenominql service start to finish! Thank you precision Door Service!

The service man was knowledgeable and didn’t pressure sale me. He showed me all my options which I appreciated.

I can't say enough about what a great experience we had with Precision. We called on a Sunday morning and had our garage door fixed by 1PM...including damage that we didn't even know existed. We have a curious kid who was very interested in what was going on and the technician explained everything to him in a thoughtful and kind way that made a great impression on my son, myself and my family. I can't say enough!
