I was very happy with my purchase of a new garage door opener and installation. Sean, the technician, arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He explained options and features in an unhurried manner. His installation was efficient and secure. Clean up was thorough. This is my second interaction with Precision and both have been exemplary. I recommend them highly.

Saved me on a Saturday. Was able to come out within a couple hours and close my garage door so it wasn't open all night. Reasonable prices. Knowledgeable tradesmen. Will use them again.

Our tech guy was awesome ! Explained everything !! I saw the Precision Door van in my neighborhood. I called others but they quoted $100 just to come to the house. I felt that kind of charge just screamed “we don’t want your business”. Where else would my garage door be if not at my house ?! Very happy for $20 coupon and only $50 to visit the house.

Quick and professional service. Only one issue: They were later than the 2 hour time frame. Nevertheless, they went out of their way to repair my garage. I would recommend them.

I was able to get an appointment for Monday morning after calling on Saturday. The tech called when he was on his way, arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Door seems to be working perfectly. Price seemed perhaps a bit high but not too bad.
