I have used this company before and they were great - their customer service and technicians are the best. The spring on my garage door broke and they were able to get a technician out and the repair was done the same day. David was on time, friendly, respectful and did an excellent job. David was great. He gave me several options. He never pressured me for anything. I choose to have the high end opinion because we use the door a lot. It was still less than half of what was spent only about year before for the same type of repair. Obviously I called because that failed. I now have a warranty on the work. I understood what was being done and why. The price for the quality was great and the service outstanding. I do hope it's at least 10 years from now; nevertheless, Precision is who I will call if needed. I am glade I called. All the 5 star reviews are deserved!

David is amazing! One of the best service experiences I've ever had with any company. Scheduling the appointment online was simple and fast. David, an amazing service technician, showed up exactly when he said he would arrive, answered all of my questions, and really helped me to understand my garage door system. As a do-it-yourselfer, I knew that I needed a company to balance my garage door. David not only did the work, he identified a few areas of installing a new opener myself to watch out for and explained a few essential elements that will make sure the install is within code. I will definitely be using Precision Door Service again.

David, Precision’s technician, gave us a call 45 minutes ahead of his arrival. He was supposed to arrive between 10am and noon. He got there by 10am. He did some safety checks and replaced the broken spring wire and replaced a number of other parts that looked worn, etc. He was finished in 55 minutes and he did everything in a professional and courteous manner. I’m spreading the word to my neighbors and friends in case they may need garage door servicing.
