My garage door spring snapped and this was the 2nd time in 5 years. I decided to try Precision because I saw them in my neighborhood recently. I now understand why they have such great reviews. Service technician David Pla responded within two hours of when I placed my phone call. David was extremely professional. He explained to me that the company who had replaced my garage door had simply reused the old parts. This is why you pay a little more for expert service folks. David replaced the bearings, rollers, springs, lubed all moving parts, and attached wall mounts. The garage door sounds amazing now too. I know I'm due for a new motor soon and I will be using Precision for that as well. Super happy customer!

My garage door spring broke this morning. I had used Precision before at my previous residence and had been very happy with the service. I called them, and they scheduled an appointment the same day. The technician David P arrived on time, assessed the problem, provided some options and completed the work in 1.5 hours. Very happy with the service and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. The Tech, David, observed immediately that Precision Door had previously serviced my door (maybe 15 years ago?) when the springs still had a lifetime warrantee. So he replaced the spring and lubed/adjusted my door and was all finished in about 30 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased.

What a great company, my garage broke at 11pm on Friday night, I called them at 6am the following morning thinking there’s no way someone will pick up. I was recommended Precision Garage Door from a friend. I called at 9:30 in the morning and was told that could have a tech out to my house between 12:00 and 2:00pm. At 11:30 David called and as the would be here at 12:00. I was thrilled to have that kind of response in todays day of everything is “6 weeks out”. David was awesome. He gave me a quote upfront, listed a couple options to consider and didn’t try to up-sell me on stuff I don’t need. David had my garage door repaired in less than 30 minutes. Loved the service. Problem resolved very quickly and enjoy service person David Pla. I had problems with your call center The person kept telling me I did not purchase the system in August 2012. But made an appointment for David to come out. David assured me I did purchase it after I provided a copy of the contract I received at the time of installation and my payment.
