Had an issue with the garage door not closing. Tried to fix the issue myself to no avail. After going over what i already did done the technician gave me some recommendations as to what needed to be done to help resolve the issue and make the door run smoother. After all was said and done, turns out the opener itself was the problem. Circuit board most likely. I could have waited a week and ordered a new board on Amazon but i just wanted the door to be fixed. So, a new head [opener] was suggested and i already had budgeted that before service was called. Now, not only does my door work properly, it is a thousand times quieter than the old. Thank you so much for timely service but for no nonsense pricing.

Paul came over to help us choose a new garage door for our house. He called ahead to let us know he might be a few minutes late which we appreciated. He was very knowledgeable & professional. He helped us pick a door that would look great on our house. We enjoyed meeting him. He is sending us a quote & we would definitely work with him & recommend him if you are in the market for updating your garage door.

I called Precision Door to fix my broke garage door and they were able to come out the next day. Their tech Tim, explained what broke/failed and gave me three options to fix the problem. I chose the most expensive option, but he didn’t push it on me like a typical service person might do. He explained that I’d get a longer warranty and be switching out old parts with newer, more efficient parts as to why it was the most costly fix. Tim seemed like he really cared and it showed in his amazing work. I’ll highly recommend Precision Door to anyone having issues with their garage door!!!

Thank you for finding time to respond to my door issue on the weekend. That was a 5 star response. The news given me was that the install by your team was incorrect and my door requires further work before it opens all the way, as installed.

WOW! From the time my phone call was answered until Hunter drove out our driveway, this has to be the best company I’ve ever worked with. Extremely fast response time, (on Thanksgiving eve) on time, called before arrival, Hunter was very professional, courteous, gave me an exact price before starting and installed the new spring mechanism on the spot. The doors never been so quiet and smooth. You will definitely be impressed with their customer service! Karl L PS, Hunter loves dogs...

Called Precision after looking them up online. Within days someone was at my home and everything was repaired! I appreciated the careful covid precautions, the attention to detail, and even the extra help I was offered while I attempted to coil an especially long extension cord in my garage. Turns out friends have used precision as well and also had a great experience. Keep up the good work!

The technician was so wonderful, very professional, kind, friendly and informative. And his work was so efficient and fast. Now, the door moves smoothly and quietly. And when it shut down, doesn’t hit the ground hard. We are very happy that we don’t have to deal w many inconveniences by not b able to open the garage automatically any more, and it opens n closes very gently. We really appreciate your assistant , time to fix and hard work. Thank you very much.

I contacted Precision initially because of their rating and I chose them because they said my garage door could be repaired whereas other door companies insisted the door had to be replaced. The young man (William) who replaced the damaged panels was polite and professional. I was very satisfied with his completed work and would highly recommend Precision.
