Repeat customers for a reason. All around great (no delay) service every time we call for help. Our technician showed up thinking he was just fixing a broken spring and some basic maintenance on our over-sized garage door. He ended up staying for hours installing a really cool new opener and stayed even longer to help us program our cars to work with the new system. Not easy. The technician was efficient and polite. My only complaint is that your technicians should be trained NOT to ASK to punch the code in for the customer, but let the customer punch it in themselves discreetly. I did this for my daughter who experienced a traumatic home break in a few years ago. Security is paramount!! Oh, and I'm not sure why my debit card was not swiped or inserted for the card read. He punched in the numbers individually. Strange.

Technician Shane was early, friendly, knowledgeable, and had many years of experience. After doing a few tests, he figured out the problem and fixed it. I was impressed that he rewired my garage door to make it more efficient and a few other things. He said my system was a good brand and should last me a long while.
