David, Precision’s technician, gave us a call 45 minutes ahead of his arrival. He was supposed to arrive between 10am and noon. He got there by 10am. He did some safety checks and replaced the broken spring wire and replaced a number of other parts that looked worn, etc. He was finished in 55 minutes and he did everything in a professional and courteous manner. I’m spreading the word to my neighbors and friends in case they may need garage door servicing.

Tim did an outstanding job on our garage door disaster that occurred the night before. Springs, cables and other parts had broken all at once while closing the door for the night. Upon arriving on time, he did a thorough inspection identifying all the broken parts and other issues we were not aware of and provided 2 repair options depending on how much we could pay. He even replaced all the hinge nuts with ones that would not loosen even though it was outside the scope of the repair. In the end, our garage door is now better aligned and repaired with components that should last long into the future. Great work Tim!

Joe was great he called half an hour before he got here to make sure I was ready for him. When he got here he gave me three options to choose from. I picked the option I wanted and he was done with the work within an hour. Joe was easy to talk to you very personable, and wasn’t bothered by my dog Stella jumping on him. Joe was great.

Had a good experience with Precision Door and technician arrived on time. He was able to quickly see what could be done to my garage door. He replaced rollers and now it closes smoothly! Unfortunately the air gaps at the sides will have to remain until I replace the door. It is old and he did what he could. Overall, happy with service provided.

The tech was professional, competent, and explained all issues in way that we could understand. The tech didn’t try to up sell us and allowed us to decide what work we wanted him to do.

Excellent work by Joe. He is professional, a good teacher and comes masked and even early which was appreciated. Very pleasant. We have had no trouble with the garage door installed 5 years ago by the company. Neighbor's referral to the company. Happy to see all the good ratings BBB etc on the ads. Highly recommend. This was a call for a check up only, no option to select that.

Great response time. The trip rate was very, very reasonable. David was knowledgeable & provided information on how to keep the garage door working by demonstrating the use of the safety lights, rollers & oiling the springs. He also provided information on new motors. Thank you.

Tim arrived earlier than appointment time, called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Listened to me when I explained the problem. I ended up replacing the opener (it was over 25 years old) Tim explained everything to me, how the opener worked and all the details of the remote. He also helped me get the app up and running. Great job. Thank you Tim

Precision Door Service replaced our garage door opener 10 years ago and has been our number one choice in companies since. The sales personnel, schedulers and technicians are prompt, reliable, courteous, honest, thorough and professional. Luke explained everything he did and in addition to the repair, took the time to make adjustments to the garage door opener so that the door closes tighter.

Repeat customers for a reason. All around great (no delay) service every time we call for help. Our technician showed up thinking he was just fixing a broken spring and some basic maintenance on our over-sized garage door. He ended up staying for hours installing a really cool new opener and stayed even longer to help us program our cars to work with the new system. Not easy. Thank you, Shawn, and the great folks at PD!
