I was given an arrival time for your technician of between 3:00 and 5:00. He called prior to his arrival and advised of his estimated arrival time. He arrived at 3:15 as estimated, introduced himself, was very polite and went right to work. He offered two or three possible causes of my problem and went right to work problem solving. He discovered the problem, fixed it and was done in about 20 minutes. Thank you for a job well done.

pleased you were open this holiday; technician arrived and with some muscle inside the garage opened the door. Chain was jammed making it difficult to open. Appreciate the special care and service including the recommendations for lengthing the next service trip. Rollers, some circuit work, excellent clean out of insects and cleanup. Great job!

I called at 3:00 pm on Memorial Day. Precision at a technician to my house at 4:00 pm and he called to let me know when he was 20 minutes away. They fixed my garage door quickly and also made it quieter in the process. I wish all merchants were this professional and delivered the same great quality service.

Josh showed up early. The thing I really like is he didn't try to up sell me on things I had to do. He pointed out things I needed now, and why, and then pointed out things that I may need in the near future. He left the decision to me. I will hire Precision again. And I might add I bought the Amazon local coupon.

I had 3 broken rollers this time. about a year ago i replaced all the rollers with steel cheapies and they failed. Brad sold me on the nylon life time warranty rollers. He did some adjusting and repaired my motor light. All in less than 30 minutes. Great job. Very personable individual. I will recommend your company. Thank you.

Scheduled a garage door tune-up. Was told door was serviceable but recommended replacing the spring which was 16 years old. This was quickly done at the time without having to make additional appointment. Work was done by a very personable and efficient technician.

Josh just left and was very pleased with his service. Was unhappy that I needed a new motor, but that is not his fault and even I knew that the sounds coming out of now old one were not good. He showed up early, was very professional, very pleasant and I would recommend him to others. Agree with one previous comment that has nothing to do with Josh, but when making the initial phone call. I was never told about the service fee during that call and feel that I should have been told about it. It turns out that because I had to replace the whole unit, the service fee was packaged with the motor replacement, but had that not been the case, it definitely would have been an unpleasant surprise. Loved the same day service!

Justin, the installer, was available earlier than the scheduled time and I was notified by both email and phone. Justin was great - got the door installed faster than I thought.

The service I received was excellent - 5 star. I called late in the afternoon one day and was able to schedule a service call for the next. Jon accessed the damage to the single car garage door and repaired it with a brace. He also made sure nothing else needed repair and oiled/greased the wheels in the opening/closing tract. (I might be using incorrect terminology!) He was very personable and professional. And lastly, the cost was very reasonable. I recommended your company to my real estate agent, in case anyone else damages a garage door in the last stages of moving!

Selected Precision Door service based on a large number of positive reviews and a good, clear, informative website. Due to a damaged single garage door decided to replace both the single & double doors. Victor from sales showed me many options and i made a selection based on style and budget. All in all total cost turned out to be better than i had expected (even comparing with Home Depot/ Lowe's and taking install / removal of old doors in to account). Selected Sandstone for color which ended up looking very nice with my brick fascia. Once the job was finished the install team helped me maneuver my non running car back in to position, which was a big help. Got clear tips on how to maintain the doors, track system & my old existing motor too. Would definitely use them again based on a great price and quality service.

I was very impressed with the individual that came to service my garage door opening. He actually came early--a good thing--and was clearly knowledgeable about garage door openers. Took him no longer than five minutes to locate the problem which he readily repaired. I would certainly call Precision in the future if I have garage door problems.
