Tim my service man called and let me know he would be here in 20mi. The options were offered to me as to the different ways of dealing with my problem. Tim share the policy of the company and I chose what I needed for now . Tim went over the information as to the year warranty. He work very well and was very respectful. Sean arrived on time and got right to work. A super nice guy and a skilled and efficient repairman. He replaced two springs, two end bearings, and the center bearing. When the parts were replaced he tensioned the springs, lubed the door wheels, and then manually checked the door operation. All good. Then he checked the electrical door operation and all was good. Awesome! I’m happy to report the garage door now operates better than it has in years. Thanks, Sean!
