Serviceman Brad B. called ahead 15 minutes and arrived right on time. at 10am sharp.knowledgeable, knew his job, came for a tune-up, my remote did not work, he found a loose wire, changed out a light blub, repositioned the sensors, greased the track and door hinges. pleasant to talk with, excellent serviceman, I will ask for him next time I call for service. 6 stars for your company service and 6 stars for having a well trained serviceman employee. Came home from work on a Friday night and the garage door was not working. Called Precision and they had someone out to the house quickly! The person who worked on our door was so nice and did a wonderful job. He worked late into the evening to get the door working again. Amazing service! 5 stars!

Very professional. Colby was on time and explained everything before starting and pricing. We have used other companies but from now on will be using Precision. Pricing was fair in the market. I would say they are a 5 rating and especially coming out on Saturday with no extra charges.

We choose Precision because they advertised 24/7 service and are accredited with Better Business Bureau. I called Precision at midnight, and was given a time frame of 11am to 1pm for the next day (Saturday). At 11am two servicemen arrived, they replaced the overhead door spring and replaced the rollers as agreed, and they were done in less than an hour. My husband and I were very satisfied with the promptness and service Precision gave us and highly recommend to anyone.

Precision has good communication. We were contacted to advise of arrival time/change in tech. Nice to have pictures of techs in advance. Technician was friendly and competent. Adjustment, tune up, and minor repairs to door were done efficiently. We are pleased with the performance of Precision.

I highly recommend Precision Door for great customer service . My 36 year old Genie opener finally died at my rental property so last night I made an appointment with Precision to come out and give me an estimate. Ray called about a half hour before the appointed 10AM time to tell me he's on the way. I asked about possibly going back to a manual locking system and not replacing the opener. There was no hard sell or objection from Ray ,in fact he offered a few different lock choices. I finally opted for a replacement opener that Ray installed quickly and at a very reasonable price. He took the time to go over everything with both me and my tenant and left the garage in better order than the way we started. Thanks very much Precision Door Service.Five stars !!! Bill Johnson

A five star company for sure! I needed my garage door checked because it wasn't shutting correctly, and my house is being inspected for sale . My service person came at the time I asked for , promptly at noon. I needed a new motor which took a couple hours to replace. The service person did the replacement on the spot,was polite, knowledgeable, and able to explain everything to me . When he finished, he made sure I knew how to use the code and openers. Excellent work! 5 stars . Advertising is very informative and gave me confidence in calling the company. The person who took my order was friendly,humorous, and efficient.
