Shane came by today and helped fix the garage issues left by previous tenants. He was very kind, respectful, and easy to deal with. The job was more difficult than expected, but Shane took care of the problem quickly. He also provided good information / tips about the garage and set me up with everything I needed in a quick and timely manner. Awesome company! We were having garage door issues for a few days now and our neighbor mentioned that he was having Precision Door come out that afternoon for their garage door so I called to see if they could check our problem when they were done. Joe and Marcus came over and Joe fixed our problem and even did a few extra things like spraying the hinges and straightening one of the metal sides. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, very nice and enjoyable to work with. We also received suggestions regarding maintenance of our garage door. Very impressed with the service we received from them and HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door to everyone.

David was great, very professional and polite person. He was able to explain very clearly and in layman’s terms what was wrong and how to fix the broken spring, and if I replaced the other spring and the bearings that I would avoid problems in the future. Door works great now and I would call and recommend Precision Overhead Door in the future.

Luke was very thorough, efficient knowledgeable and professional. He programmed my new garage remote control and my car garage door button with ease. He also inspected my garage door and made some adjustments and a tuneup that improved the smoothness of the garage door itself. He also wore holiday antlers with lights to add a little cheer to a cold December day.
