Repeat customers for a reason. All around great (no delay) service every time we call for help. Our technician showed up thinking he was just fixing a broken spring and some basic maintenance on our over-sized garage door. The technician was efficient and polite. My only complaint is that your technicians should be trained NOT to ASK to punch the code in for the customer, but let the customer punch it in themselves discreetly. I did this for my daughter who experienced a traumatic home break in a few years ago. Security is paramount!! Oh, and I'm not sure why my debit card was not swiped or inserted for the card read. He punched in the numbers individually. Strange.
