Fantastic company! Same day service and our technician, Victor, was amazing. He determined that our garage door was commercial AND he called and set up an appointment with another company to come out to help me with the problem. If I could rate the company more than five stars, I would!

Excellent service and very prompt! I have always used Precision Door/Overhead Garage Door for my homes. I have always been extremely satisfied with their products, technicians, and attention to detail. At 9 am my garage door would not open and I was driving to Seattle by 10 am. I called Precision and in less than 2 hours a technician was repairing my garaged door. I trusted him to complete all the repairs and left for Seattle. When I returned the following day, Kevin left a nice note and the lifetime warranty, emailed me the invoice, and most importantly my garage door was working again. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage door service! I am a long-time customer and not compensated for this review.

Great service and on Christmas weekend. The spring broke trapping my wives car in. I called after 1PM and they had a technician out just about 3PM. Mike did a great job and good attitude. It was a little more than I wanted to pay. But when he started taking things off they needed to be replaced. I finally just said replace all moving parts. The door is a solid wood door and you can't even hear it. Thanks I would recommend them, the parts they put in were better quality than what was originally on the door.

I chose this company based on previous reviews, and I am glad I did. I called at 11pm on a Sunday night, and somebody answered right away. She was extremely polite and helpful, especially with me calling so late. A tech was sent out to my home the next day and the tech called 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time and let me know he was on his way. He evaluated the situation, and gave me a couple of different options. He had everything he needed to make the repairs with him, which made this super quick and convenient. He was done within an hour and was on his way. The tech, Jon, was extremely polite and professional, and finished the job quickly. He also made sure to explain to me what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Great company!

We are glad to find a contractor that lives up to their web site ad! After a frantic evening call, an embarrassing confession ( I drove my van out of the garage with the back hatch still up, grinding the upper cables of my overhead garage door), I called Precision and received a call back. We have always had work done on our garage door by Precision. Precision put in our garage door and just recently replaced the weather stripping. They are always very professional and do an excellent job. They get here on schedule. They are very courteous and effectively explain the job that needs to be done. I"d give them a 5.

He was quick to discover my problem (an easy fix) and mentioned the rollers were old making the motor work harder so I had him replace them. The technician Brad came over and checked out the problem with the garage door and seen that we had a broken spring,he looked at the rest of the door and the other spring and gave us a couple more options.he also told us how to get the life time warranty.with is what I would really like to have.he explained what would need to be done to have this warranty.and the cost wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.so I told him to go ahead and fix it.he did the job very fast and I'm more then happy.the last service guy that was fixing my garage door was using china parts and I had to have it fixed every two years.so now I have a life time warranty so happy.thank you precision.

Super positive experience with prompt response on Sunday AM with called answered quickly and pleasant woman taking information and then Jonathan Hendricks was such a thorough and pleasant repair guy explaining all the details and even helping my neighbor with a new remote for his malfunctioning unit too. I am sold that this is the Les Schwab of the Garage Door business. 5 star plus!

Scheduled a service call with the dispatcher between 2 and 4pm Friday afternoon 11/20/15. Brad and Michael were at my home at 1:45pm, well ahead of schedule which I appreciated. They both introduced themselves to me and Michael quickly got to work on the door issue. One of the rollers was slipping off the track while the door is being opened. Michael ascertained the problem and promptly began repairing the track alignment. They were done in minutes and the door was opening and closing as it should. They both reminded me to occasionally keep the rollers, bearings, and spring lubricated. They even left me a spray can of the lubricant that they had brought. Finally, Brad prepared the service call receipt which I was able to sign and sent to my email address. Thank you, Brad and Michael for a great service call.

Precision serviced my garage door and installed a new opener and key pad in August. I called today as my key pad was not working, two hours later they replaced it at no charge. Both the receptionist and service representative were very courtious and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend PDS to friends and neighbors.

Had your company come out today for service on my garage door...it was John that came out...he called before he came which is always nice and said he could come early if that was ok and that was awesome!! He was here just when he said he was going to be.....diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and fixed it within 30 minutes. What a great guy....very good at what he does and very very nice.
