Discovered one spring was broken on our garage door. Called precision door on 12/28 and they sent a technician, Joe, out on 12/29. Our appointment window was from 12 to 2:00. Joe was able to arrive at 11:45 after calling us with a 30 minute window. He replaced the spring and was cleaned up and leaving by 12:15pm. He was very courteous and took the time to check our past history with the company to discover our springs were still covered under their warranty. We were pleased to only have to pay the service fee and to have our garage door back in working order so quickly.

Joe arrived on time for an estimate and remained to install two new garage door openers and bearings in the wheels of the door. He was very thorough and friendly remaining here until all was set up tech-wise. Thank you, Joe!

The tech said a credit card was easier, and said he would email me a receipt, but I have not received it. He did a repair, installed a key pad and surge suppressor. I also purchased another car remote from him. If he could please send a receipt for the purchase of these items, the 5 star rating would apply. Thank you, and Merry Christmas!

Initially, I would have given the company 0 stars because they had my address and phone number mixed up with someone else which didn’t get fixed until after the second no-show. However, once that was finally worked out, Tim came out and did an absolutely fabulous job replacing the mechanism and doing a lot of little touches that make the door almost silent when it opens! He was so friendly and explained everything to me. I am VERY pleased with the result! I think that the initial mix-up was probably a rare fluke.

My old door was acting finicky and I was able to get a same day appt. Joe quickly found the problem and took care of it. Since he was here, I asked about replacement cost for my door which has to conform to HOA standards. He was able to do that quickly and an insulated and more durable v of the same door is now in their database for replacement early next year. I went ahead and replaced the garage opener as their prices are competitive with the big box stores [I'd already done my homework] and Joe did the install quickly and cleanly, including setting up my new code on the keypad and giving me a tutorial on everything. VERY pleased with responsiveness, professionalism and competitive pricing.

Great people, told me up front what I needed and gave me 3 options to choose from. They were available the day I called, unlike the 2 other companies I called.

Your company was referred to me by 2 owners who had work done on their garage. They spoke highly of your work and courteous employees I turned down those on Angie's list which had good credentials. Your work was great and quick.

Our 1996 Garage Door Opener gave up. I called Precision because we have always been happy with their service. Today was no exception. Paul L was early and assessed our issue, gave us options, and very competently and efficiently installed our new opener then made sure we knew how to use it. He even programmed our remotes for both of our doors. We highly recommend Precision!

Great experience. Tim was great friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to thoroughly explain all my choices and options. Tim’s professionalism, knowledge, attitude and kindness are the main factors why I went ahead and had the opener replaced instead of waiting to have the old one fixed.

Precision doors are the best in the business today. We have used them for years and the experience is always the same, just absolutely exceptional. Travis came today right on time, extremely courteous and professional. Even programmed both remote and our car to open new garage door openers. Always priced very fair with quality expertise. Luke did a fabulous job for us! He was very accommodating. Not only did he repair our broken spring, he also installed a new garage door opener that we had not put up yet, saving us the hassle of doing it. After the “tuneup” that he gave our 47 year old door, it works just like new. We are very satisfied with the work performed by Precision Door.

Excellent work! We were extremely fortunate to have Joe Igla as our Service Representative. He came in, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed the problem in no time flat. I had him do a complete and thorough review of the door. He made several recommendations, which I took, and in no time flat he was on his way. I've used Precision before, and had the same great service the last time I used them. Kudos to Precision for having great technicians, and great customer service. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs. Thanks Joe!!
