The tech said a credit card was easier, and said he would email me a receipt, but I have not received it. He did a repair, installed a key pad and surge suppressor. Initially, I would have given the company 0 stars because they had my address and phone number mixed up with someone else which didn’t get fixed until after the second no-show. However, once that was finally worked out, Tim came out and did an absolutely fabulous job replacing the mechanism and doing a lot of little touches that make the door almost silent when it opens! He was so friendly and explained everything to me. I am VERY pleased with the result! I think that the initial mix-up was probably a rare fluke.

My old door was acting finicky and I was able to get a same day appt. Joe quickly found the problem and took care of it. Since he was here, I asked about replacement cost for my door which has to conform to HOA standards. He was able to do that quickly and an insulated and more durable v of the same door is now in their database for replacement early next year. I went ahead and replaced the garage opener as their prices are competitive with the big box stores [I'd already done my homework] and Joe did the install quickly and cleanly, including setting up my new code on the keypad and giving me a tutorial on everything. VERY pleased with responsiveness, professionalism and competitive pricing.

Our 1996 Garage Door Opener gave up. I called Precision because we have always been happy with their service. Today was no exception. Paul L was early and assessed our issue, gave us options, and very competently and efficiently installed our new opener then made sure we knew how to use it. He even programmed our remotes for both of our doors. We highly recommend Precision!

One of my springs broke on my 3 1/2 year old home. Eric was my technician. Eric was very respectful and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and then talked about options and cost. He not only installed the new springs, but he fixed the issues that came with a poorly installed door. He also added a handle to the garage in case I needed to open it manually. Then he helped me understand how to open the garage manually. He even gave me a garage door opener to replace the one my son took when he moved out.
