Jesse came to our house--explained what the problem was--the springs were shot. He said it would be expensive, but it comes with a life time warranty and why your company uses the springs and the rollers. He was able to fix it right there and within 2 hours he was done.

Thank you for a great job installing a new garage door opener and doing maintenance on my garage door (springs). The technician was straight forward about my options and did the work efficiently. I really like the garage door opener brand . . the door goes up quietly, quickly and correctly. I was able to get an appointment the next day and that really help and the technician could do the work right away after diagnosing the issue.

Lets start by saying they aren't the cheapest out there, but having had several other vendors do some work at our home over the years let me simply say THEY ARE THE BEST, for the following reasons: thorough explaination of problems and solutions, not trying to sell the most expensive product, arriving on time, having fully stocked rigs, finishing in a timely fashion, LIFETIME GUARANTEED work and products. We had two new openers installed and a re-build on one door. I read their advertisement and was impressed by their nearly 5 star reccomendation, with nothing below a 4 star. I would heartily reccommend Precision and wouldn't hessitate to call them again should the need arise.

Jesse was professional and knowledgeable of the equipment. We talked about the best solution for my problem and the reasons for a change with the motor. We were concerned when we discovered a broken spring on our double garage door. I hadn't realized how many times we used the door each day, and needed to get it fixed in a hurry. Your scheduler was courteous and worked with me around a doctor's appt. to get someone here that same day. The technician checked in with me to say he was on his way but would be a little late, so I was not worried. He checked out the problem and gave us several options on repairs. He was courteous, worked quickly, but was sure to ask if we had any questions about the job. He responded to our questions about maintenance to keep the door in good working condition, and cleaned up all the used parts. We felt good about the quality of his work, and would be happy to recommend Precision to our friends.

Both the guys who came... Brad and I'm sorry I don't remember the other guys name... were good and even though it was something I probably could/should have fixed myself, it was nice to have someone who could just check out the door. We still have a big wooden garage door and we like it to run smoothly and Brad installed the opener in the first place.

We appreciated that the technician, Jesse, called to let us know that he was a few minutes ahead of scdhedule and asked if it was alright. He arrived on time and performed the work in a very professional and efficient manner. He is an excellent representative for your company. I might also add that coming from a service industry I find it very impressive to see a clean, well organized service vehicle pull up to do the repairs. Well taken care of equipment tells alot about your company.
