Jason comes to Precision Door by way of Apple Valley, CA. He moved to the Portland area after a visit to the Multnomah Falls, fell in love with them - and the rest is history! He enjoys working with people, troubleshooting problems, resolving issues and leaving our valued customers with a smile on their faces. He is an avid gym member and works out regularly both inside and enjoying the outdoors. He is the proud papa of a cat with 6 toes!! .. and has been married to the love of his life for 16 years.

Jason was a real pro. He didnt up sell me which I totally appreciate. He replaced a broken hinge and rollers. He also added a few gussets to help keep the door as ridged as possible and made sure the track was aligned. I always like an honest, friendly tech with skills. I will use jason again

Jason gave some options beyond fixing the problem we called about. He replaced the spring and also did a refurbishing of the whole system. Because of time restraints he will be back in three days to replace the motor that was installed in 1998. Very pleased with the work being done.

Jason Davenport completed the repair. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing for the door. He not only fixed the wiring problems but also tightened all the screws and lubricated all around. The door looked brand new when he was done. He ran a few test openings to confirm it was working very well. And, he was even able to arrive a little early which worked well for me.

As most people probably do, we called due to an urgent need-- our cars were trapped behind a busted door! Yours was the only company to respond to our plea for help. Jason, the tech who responded, was affable, courteous, and efficient. He gave us a huge range of options for repair, from quick fixes to full replacement. We felt very informed and in control of our experience every step of the way. He had the job done in short order and the door is as close to brand new as we could hope, given how long it had been since our last fix (almost 12 years). Our outside garage opener stopped working, wasn’t a year old yet. We tried to get it working, with no luck. I called Presision door, a man name Gary walked us thru several different ways to reboot garage opener outside unit, none of them worked. Gary said he’d send someone right over. We said hey it’s Halloween afternoon, tomorrow will be fine if no one’s available, my goodness, someone was here in less than 10 minutes, garage opener was up and running in just a few minutes!!! We saw the Precision van at a neighbors house, so my mom sent me over to see if they could look at her garage door. He was very nice but scheduled out, so he gave me a business card and we called and set up an appointment. Jason Davenport was our service tech and the same person I had talked to earlier. He called so we knew exactly when to expect him. He inspected our unit and it was too old (1990) to fix. He gave us several options and even found a rebate and gave Mom a senior discount ( she's 90). He installed the new unit in sweltering heat and never lost his kindness and sense of humor! He demonstrated the new unit, accepted our payment and was on his way home. It was a very pleasant experience.

I had a spring on my door snap. I called them, and they came out the same day. The technician(Jason) did a total check of the door, springs, rollers, cables, and recommended to me what I needed. he had all the product on his truck and had the job completed in an hour or so. He was very knowledgeable , Thorough and very friendly. I’d highly recommend the company. Thanks Jason. ????
