Born into a military family in MA, Tim has lived in many different places but has always called Oregon "home". He graduated from Gresham HS and spent a year at the Univeristy of Oregon as a vocal performance major before joining the US Army. After his term of service concluded, Tim worked in electric power generation and exterior construction before moving into the garage door industry. Tim loves playing hockey (ice and inline), reading, sci-fi, and documentaries. He is also heavily involved in the Civil Air Patrol, having served for over 30 years. He is the father of 4 children and owns two crazy Norwegian Elkhounds and a psycho Black Lab!

I called Precision Door to fix my broke garage door and they were able to come out the next day. Their tech Tim, explained what broke/failed and gave me three options to fix the problem. I chose the most expensive option, but he didn’t push it on me like a typical service person might do. He explained that I’d get a longer warranty and be switching out old parts with newer, more efficient parts as to why it was the most costly fix. Tim seemed like he really cared and it showed in his amazing work. I’ll highly recommend Precision Door to anyone having issues with their garage door!!!

This is the second time I’ve had repairs/ maintenance work done on my garage door and I will choose precision again. They answer their phone and schedule appointments right away. The technicians come out will all the gear they need to do the repairs so the work is done when they leave. They show up when they are supposed to and call ahead to let you know they are enroute. Thank you Tim for the repair.
