I was impressed by the response. Within 10 minutes of asking for an appointment, I was contacted and a service call was scheduled for 1 hour later. The service rep that did the work was VERY knowledgeable and installed our new opener very quickly and did a great job. I definitely recommend Precision for their fast, courteous, professional service.

I called Precision late Friday afternoon, and within two hours a technician arrived, figured out the problem and gave me two options (repair or replace the 25 yr old garage door opener). We chose to replace the opener, which included new Chain rail, keypad and remotes. Thanks again, Hunter, for an excellent job!!!! I have used Precision since 2005, and never been disappointed with their high level of customer service, and quality workmanship.

A broken garage door on a Saturday afternoon...I thought I'd have to wait until Monday but with one call, I had an appointment for a repair tech to be out within 1-2 hours. Hunter was on time, polite, professional and he did a great job. I most appreciate that Precision was open on a Saturday, your fast response and that Hunter was able to complete the repair in one trip. Hunter was terrific. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with my garage door which had stopped opening - a failed motor (20 years old). He was able to install the new motor, sensors, wall switch, and chain rail right away. He explained all elements and was very respectful and helpful in answering my questions.

You guys are the best!!! We bought a top level garage door from you a few years back and requested a maintenance service call. Your technician, Hunter, was amazing!! He serviced the door and was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. My old door opener was starting to get very noisy and was probably at the end of it's life cycle. Hunter advised us that it may last awhile or may go at any time and he advised us of our options on new openers. There was no pressure from him at all to buy and he answered all our questions and gave us several options if we decided to replace the opener. His professionalism was very impressive and reflected your company very well. As such, we decided to go with the best and had him install a new opener. As I say, You folks are the best out there!!! Thank you!!!

My 20-year old garage door opener was working intermittently because the motor was shorting out. It had to be replaced. Hunter came out within an hour of my call, diagnosed the problem and was able to replace it immediately. The new one is so quiet and it has a battery backup in case of a power outage.

Sunday morning, I hit my door backing out my SUV. My rig was, miraculously, just scratched 2 inches. I'm the only one that can see it. My garage door? Bashed and jammed open. Precision responded immediately. Impact was 10:50am, Hunter was driving away from my house and the garage door was operating 12:25pm. This is the second emergency that I've had that Precision has come to my rescue. 2017 Feb. Minor ice storm, but still lost power on a Sat. Power back on, getting dark. Can't get door functioning for some reason? Tech shows up at 4:30pm and I'm open! Can get to the store! (I can drive in a little glaze, unlike most of the locals, but that's another story...) A great company with a great product. Hunter is a credit to you. Kim, too. Kudos!

We damaged our garage door opener mechanism when an electrical extension cord we draped over it for our Christmas lights got caught on it. We disconnected the door from the mechanism, but it wouldn't close all the way, and we were leaving town a couple of days later and needed it fixed. We reached Precision Door that same night, and they came out the following morning. They checked the door and repaired it, also checked the other door. They were very efficient, and reasonably priced, too!

Excellent service from beginning to end. I called two other services first and couldn't reach a person - just a recording that wouldn't accept messages and an answering service that couldn't help me. Precision answered their phone promptly (answered by a human) and scheduled a service appointment a few hours later. The technician, Hunter, called me 30 minutes before arrival to confirm. He arrived on time and he was professional and thorough. He fixed the problem with my garage door, he explained several options to me, and he showed me how I could oil the door myself. I felt the cost was very reasonable and I will definitely call Precision again when I need any help with my garage door. Thank you!

My old garage door opener motor died after 22 years. The gears and the capacitor were shot. Hunter replaced the whole mechanism, including a new, much quieter belt drive. He explained very clearly what he did, and why. He was very courteous and professional.
