Asked for a checkup and maintenance since this is a new home to us. Completely “put together” and knew it as soon as the guy opened his mouth. I was told I’d need to spend anywhere from $1000-$2000, depending on the level of repair I chose. Unneeded repair. The doors are only 6 years old. Sent him on his way and just paid $145 to a large competitor for an education on care and lesson on lubrication. Too bad for Precision if they’re paying their guys for unnecessary upselling. Can’ BS a BS’er.

Thanks for the quick response. Brandon and Scott showed up to give me an estimate as to what the cost would be to replace my garage door opener. The price was fair, but surprised me that they could work on it right now. Only took an hour. Showed me how it works and how quiet it was. Thanks guys for the job well done.
