Pre-visit communication was excellent. David, our technician was thorough in explaining his diagnosis of our malfunctioning garage door opener. He showed and explained the options we had for a replacement. He then quickly installed the new opener and walked us through installing the MyQ app for control via our iPhones. All was done professionally and expediently.

It was just blind luck that we chose precision doors! When our garage door broke down just before Christmas I googled garage door repair near me and Precision Door was the first to come up. I took the time to read about them on their website and liked what I saw. I was really impressed when the service man showed up and was so knowledgeable and efficient. I typed in Lift Master online, and you came up. You had someone out here within a couple of hours, which was great. Great service, we learned alot, and it all took just under an hour. We know more about what we can do to take care of our garage door, as well as the opener. Money well spent.
