Ted was courteous and professional! If we need another garage door opener installed, he is the one to do it again. Ted came out on time and installed a new belt drive opener and his recommendation for a quiet opener was the perfect choice for our garage. Our bedroom sits above the garage. Ted also programmed my car to the new garage door opener and old garage door opener. We have a double garage side by side.

They installed the door 8 yrs ago and have serviced it periodically since. Noticed a clunking noise and called. Next day response. Diagnosed the issue with a bearing plate. Had the plates in the service truck. 1 hour later a satisfied customer. Door works smooth as silk.

Very happy with this company. First, they got me scheduled within a day. The technician, Ted, was able to arrive just ahead of schedule. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The issue we were having was a little unique because of the age of the garage door, but Ted was able to find a solution and it didn't break the bank. I called in the am about my garage door was given a 12 - 2 time window Ted called with a time of arrival, he was friendly and personable. Ted quickly diagnosed the problem gave an estimate on the spot and completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself and left leaving me with a working garage door. Tech was great! Very knowledgable and efficient and fixed the problem well. Pricing seems pretty high. No parts were required and it was $199 for 30 mins of labor on top of the service charge. So $400 / hour cost for labor seems high but that is the only negative.

I trust Precision Garage as they have been are go to firm when we moved in 16 yrs ago. Called a few times over the yrs & taken care of nicely. I like there new s/up when u call they then advise you via email who will be the tech & a picture etc. Today the tech helped greatly, after 16 yrs the overhead door system was fried as of yesterday & I knew something was wrong big time. Now I have a new updated garage door system & super pleased all in one day, cost effective & very helpful with a great resolution! Had to be done & promptly! I hired Precision Door after reviewing their ad in The Home Mag (Yamhill County). This company was Professional from the first phone call; answered by a nice human and their follow-up email, creatively sending a video overview of the assigned technician! The technician was timely, knowledgeable, friendly, and solved the problem. Again, very Professional.
