This is my second time using Precision and I continue to be impressed with their speedy and quality service! Andrew arrived and was able to not only fix my initial issue due to a recent power outage but also recommended additional repairs and parts replacement based on the age and wear and tear on my garage door opener that will prevent it from breaking down anytime in the near future. My garage door has never been so quiet opening and closing! He also took the time to show me how to reset my opener settings myself should I have a similar issue in the future. Thank you Andrew and Precision for helping give me peace of mind with a now working and safe garage door! I highly recommend them for any of your garage door needs.

My garage door broke and I called Precision at 7:30am the next day. Andrew was at my house by 10am that very morning and installed a new opener and all new mechanics. You can't even hear the door lifting, it is so smooth and quiet! Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and courteous! This is my 2nd time using Precision and I will continue to do so!!

I went to take my trash out, hit the opener and heard a pop. Door opened up, but when closing had a major failure. Called Precision and they came out the same afternoon. Andrew arrived earlier than quoted. After a quick inspection, he noted what failed and why. Turns out that the previous owner did this on the cheap. Everything now fixed and working as it should be. Thank you Andrew and Precision. Highly recommended.

Purchased the house recently and the garage door opener decided to quit last. Their card was posted next to the control panel so decide to call them. They set an appointment for the next day and showed up at the scheduled time. The service technician was very professional and friendly. He studied the issue and gave me a number of option for replacement. Completed the installation in a little over an hour, help program my car and walked me through all the features.
