I was told, by another company who came out to the house, that I needed a new garage door and that it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery, before they could install it. I couldn’t wait that long, so I called Precision (after having read some reviews). My appointment was for the next morning. Andrew had my original garage door functioning smoothly and quietly in just over an hour. I chose to have my two overhead springs and broken cables replaced with a safer spring system installed on the wall, and replaced all ten rollers inside the original tracks. He also stabilized my wobbly tracks. Andrew was very professional and courteous. Awesome job!!! Very happy!!! I highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service!!!

I couldn't believe that it only took 4 hours after my call for a technician to arrive and one hour after that, my garage door was fixed. We needed to replace a broken spring, bearings and rollers, and it's as good as new! Ten year warranty on parts (one year on labor) and a 10% senior discount! I have no way of comparing prices, but I'm satisfied.

I called Precision Garage Door Opener Repair of Portland on a Saturday evening and a technician, Andrew, came out the next morning to repair my garage door opener. My garage door was pretty jacked up from the day we bought our house. I had been putting off the door because of price fears and laziness. The door finally jammed and I knew I was long over due. Made a phone call to Precision and they had me on the schedule the next day. So the next day has arrived and I was called a few hours early to let me know the techs arrival would hit the middle of my two hour window. It was accurate! The gents that showed up were professional and explained to me the options I had and their recommendations. I chose the more expensive route knowing I had neglected my door for years and I wanted some extra parts replaced. I really appreciated the experience from the initial lady who answered the phone to the techs making the repairs. Awesome service!

I had an opener installation with spring replacement and door repair. The technician was knowledgeable, and got the job done as described and in the amount of time he had estimated. He took the time to show me how everything worked and programmed the opener in my car. Overall we were very satisfied.
