My garage door started to get louder, experience speed bumps along the track and then eventually not close all the way leaving a two inch gap at the bottom. So I decided to call Precision GARAGE DOOR SERVICE since I had exceptional service from them in the past. Bryan Sanders was the technician that arrived earlier than I expected (which was nice). He was very friendly and seemed to be an expert in the garage door industry. He made recommendations and let us know of all the options available to make our garage door safe & reliable. After Bryan completed the replacement of worn parts & made the necessary adjustments, he did a superb job cleaning up. I will always trust Precision to be the ones I go to for all my garage door service needs.

Brian came out same day to repair our door that was misaligned and would not open or close completely. While here, he also measured and quoted a new door. While a new door was not on our list of projects, we opted to move forward knowing they will provide a level of detail and service unique to the industry.

I had a problem with my garage door not opening and closing properly. Not expecting to get an appointment today being the day after Thanksgiving I was surprised when they were able to get here within 2 hours. Bryan came out within a half hour after calling the company and did a great job of fixing my garage door. He was friendly, courteous and very quick to make the repairs. We are very pleased with him and his work.
