Born and raised in Kansas City, Joe moved to the Pacific NW in 2015 to be closer to his wife’s family. He and his wife have enough on their hands at home with a baby born in January of 2020 and an excessively energetic Labrador-Spaniel mix, but Joe is always willing to lend a helping hand to his customers. In his spare time he enjoys listening to audiobooks about history and travel and exploring this region he's grown to love so much.

Called because our 20 year old garage door opener was making funny noises. Scheduled appointment and Joe came out. Found the problem was a worn out part quickly and recommended replacing the old opener. He did a great job installing the new opener and spent time showing me what was different. After parking my car in the garage and closing the garage door, I realized I left the remote in my car. My keypad would not work to open the door. As Precision had worked on the garage door about 20 years earlier, I called them and an appointment was set for early the next morning. Happily for me, Joe was the gentleman assigned to help me. He was very, very courteous, patient, and informative, Joe made the entire repair process easy for me to understand. When the key to open the lock on the door didn't work, he explained the steps needed to complete the repair. He kept me informed during the entire process which I so appreciated. Joe was absolutely great!! My remote, keypad, new lock, and garage door work perfectly now!!

I called about replacing my broken spring in the morning and it was repaired that same afternoon. The customer service was outstanding and the price was reasonable. Joe, the technician, was great. The tech arrived at 1:00, adjusted and lubed a few things and was gone by 1:20. The bill was $233.95. Do you realize that is $11.69 per min. or $$701.85 per hr. Even if you remove the $74.95 service fee it’s still $7.95 a min. or $477 an hr. Seems quite exorbitant to me. Will probably try a different service company next time.

Very happy with the prompt service from Precision Garage Door. Joe was our service technician and called and said he was ahead of schedule and if it was okay to arrive earlier. Super impressed with the level of service provided by Joe and Precision! I used the online chat feature to schedule my appt which was so convenient; nice to not have to make a phone call! I was able to get in same day, and he even called to see if he could come earlier as he had finished his previous job ahead of schedule. He repaired my garage door within an hour, was courteous and professional, explained what it needed and how it worked, and went over various options for repairs. Simply the BEST. On a weekend and the old garage door bites the dust! Precision Door came to our rescue ready to solve the problem. Joe was at our door just an hour after we reached out to them for assistance and he was ready to handle our garage door opener issue immediately. We have used Precision in the past and Joe was our technician then as well. Today’s visit was somewhat more involved but he handled everything in a very timely and professional manner, start to finish. The new Liftmaster Wall Mounted opener is a significant update to our garage door system was obviously the best choice for our home.
