They have enough on their hands at home with a son born January 2020 and an energetic Labrador-Spaniel mix, but Joe always has the energy to lend a helping hand to customers. In their spare time, they enjoy listening to audio books about history and distant places and exploring the region they've grown to love so much.

Called because our 20 year old garage door opener was making funny noises. Scheduled appointment and Joe came out. Found the problem was a worn out part quickly and recommended replacing the old opener. He did a great job installing the new opener and spent time showing me what was different. After parking my car in the garage and closing the garage door, I realized I left the remote in my car. My keypad would not work to open the door. As Precision had worked on the garage door about 20 years earlier, I called them and an appointment was set for early the next morning. Happily for me, Joe was the gentleman assigned to help me. He was very, very courteous, patient, and informative, Joe made the entire repair process easy for me to understand. When the key to open the lock on the door didn't work, he explained the steps needed to complete the repair. He kept me informed during the entire process which I so appreciated. Joe was absolutely great!! My remote, keypad, new lock, and garage door work perfectly now!!

The tech arrived at 1:00, adjusted and lubed a few things and was gone by 1:20. The bill was $233.95. Do you realize that is $11.69 per min. or $$701.85 per hr. Even if you remove the $74.95 service fee it’s still $7.95 a min. or $477 an hr. Seems quite exorbitant to me. Will probably try a different service company next time.
