I thought I had a major problem. The arm of the automatic door opener was pulled completely off the garage door because a painter had inadvertantly sprayed paint between the door and the seals when he painted it! Thinking that I had ruined the door, and maybe damaged the opener, I called Precision the next morning. Within 30 minutes they were at my house, and with 45 minutes the repair person had calmed me down and quickly repaired the door. Very impressed and relieved!!

Totally reliable, always available to help in an emergency and reasonable prices. Precision came out straight away to help me and told me what needed doing and the pricing options before completing the job. They didn't try to up-sell me to have the maximum amount of work done, they did what was needed. I highly recommend them.

WOW!!! I hope you give Brian a BIG BONUS!!! He was fantastic!! So knowledgable and a very nice young man. It was so cold out and he just kept working and everything was done well and cleaned up. In this day and age I think it's rare! Great product! I am so pleased with the belt driven unit. It's so quiet. Love them. I hope to have many years of use out of them. It's nice to know there are great businesses out there with reliability and ethics.

Brian performed a rebuild on our (14) year old door; replaced springs, bearings, cables, rollers, etc; Brian was very knowledgable, a pleasure to work with and was quick to get the job done right; we appreciated the weekend service too; the door operates better than the original setup and is whisper silent; overall a great experience and I would highly recommend Precision as your vendor of choice; thanks again Brian!

Brian came to repair our 18 year-old Genie Door Opener and he gave us the option to upgrade to a brand-new chain-drive opener that is super quiet. My wife and I decided to spend the extra money and upgrade to a new opener. Brian was very polite and knowledgeable. He worked fast and had it done very quickly. Plus he saved us money by pointing out the coupon on your website. It was his 3rd installation of the day, but there was no complaints. Brian has a great personality to sell you a $600 product. Plus I was impressed with the satelite doo-hickey thing that prints the credit card receipt. Pretty high tech! You guys really know your stuff. Last time you came, it was 7 years ago, so your work lasts a long time. I'm glad I called Precision. Make sure you always put a business card on the wall right next to the control on the wall. And make sure you don't over-schedule Brian when the Trailblazers are playing on T.V.!!

I was very happy with the service. The spring on my garage door broke. I called that evening around 5:00pm and the tech was at my house 9:15 the next morning. My door was about 40 years old and the tech showed me some worn parts that would eventually lead to problems. He suggested a door rebuild. I was really surprised at how much more quiet and smooth the door works now. The tech was professional and knowledgeable.

Referral from a co-worker and your magnet business card which I had handy just waiting for my door to fail. Same day service was a definite 5. I was able to set an appointment within 24 hours of my garage door spring breaking. Technicians called ahead and were on time, courteous, professional and worked quickly to get the job done. Provided explanations and options on what needed to be fixed as well as what else could be done to improve/prolong our current garage door system. Never felt pressured to do more than what was needed. Great customer service! Definitely recommend and would use Precision Door Service again in the future.

I was very impressed that you responded so quickly. Brad was very professional, introduced himself. Did the evaluation of the situation and then gave me the results. He gave me options of just fixing the spring or doing maintenance on the door. We elected for the garage door maintenance and the spring. What a difference in our garage door. I have lived her almost 20 years and it is so quiet now. He did tell me about my door opener as well as about new garage doors. When it comes time to repair or replace those, I will call you. The spring broke on the garage door. Jesse was the tech that came out.
