I chose this company based on previous reviews, and I am glad I did. I called at 11pm on a Sunday night, and somebody answered right away. She was extremely polite and helpful, especially with me calling so late. A tech was sent out to my home the next day and the tech called 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time and let me know he was on his way. He evaluated the situation, and gave me a couple of different options. He had everything he needed to make the repairs with him, which made this super quick and convenient. He was done within an hour and was on his way. The tech, Jon, was extremely polite and professional, and finished the job quickly. He also made sure to explain to me what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Great company!

The technician Brad came over and checked out the problem with the garage door and seen that we had a broken spring,he looked at the rest of the door and the other spring and gave us a couple more options.he also told us how to get the life time warranty.with is what I would really like to have.he explained what would need to be done to have this warranty.and the cost wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.so I told him to go ahead and fix it.he did the job very fast and I'm more then happy.the last service guy that was fixing my garage door was using china parts and I had to have it fixed every two years.so now I have a life time warranty so happy.thank you precision.

Scheduled a service call with the dispatcher between 2 and 4pm Friday afternoon 11/20/15. Brad and Michael were at my home at 1:45pm, well ahead of schedule which I appreciated. They both introduced themselves to me and Michael quickly got to work on the door issue. One of the rollers was slipping off the track while the door is being opened. Michael ascertained the problem and promptly began repairing the track alignment. They were done in minutes and the door was opening and closing as it should. They both reminded me to occasionally keep the rollers, bearings, and spring lubricated. They even left me a spray can of the lubricant that they had brought. Finally, Brad prepared the service call receipt which I was able to sign and sent to my email address. Thank you, Brad and Michael for a great service call.

Serviceman Brad B. called ahead 15 minutes and arrived right on time. at 10am sharp.knowledgeable, knew his job, came for a tune-up, my remote did not work, he found a loose wire, changed out a light blub, repositioned the sensors, greased the track and door hinges. pleasant to talk with, excellent serviceman, I will ask for him next time I call for service. 6 stars for your company service and 6 stars for having a well trained serviceman employee. Josh showed up early. The thing I really like is he didn't try to up sell me on things I had to do. Selected Precision Door service based on a large number of positive reviews and a good, clear, informative website. Due to a damaged single garage door decided to replace both the single & double doors. Victor from sales showed me many options and i made a selection based on style and budget. All in all total cost turned out to be better than i had expected (even comparing with Home Depot/ Lowe's and taking install / removal of old doors in to account). Selected Sandstone for color which ended up looking very nice with my brick fascia. Once the job was finished the install team helped me maneuver my non running car back in to position, which was a big help. Got clear tips on how to maintain the doors, track system & my old existing motor too. Would definitely use them again based on a great price and quality service.

We received great service from our tech, Ray G. He explained everything that he was doing to fix our garage door spring. He recommended some additional replacements such as the barrings and rollers. He didn't pressure us into choosing the more expensive price, he did a great job explaining what each replacement was going to do. We are thankful for his suggestion. Our garage is a lot more quieter than it was before.

Originally our garage door opener was installed by Precision Door Service, so when our door spring broke, we called them to repair it. The technician, Aaron Wagman, arrived on time, surveyed the garage door and informed us of the potential repairs. He provided 3 quotes covering the repairs. We chose the complete package, which replaced all items except the rollers, in addition with this package, all parts now have a life time warranty. Aaron informed us exactly what he was going to do and gave us a time frame. He was efficient, his work was of high quality and he completed it within the time frame he gave us. We were impressed by the entire process.
