Paul - my door esitmator was AMAZING! Platinum level service! He was kind, knowledage, and demonstrated empathy. He truly has a gift of being a good listener and understanding a clients needs. The knowledge he has gained from working in the industry 20+ years is second to none! Words can't describe Paul's excellent personal skills! What I appreciated the most was after listening to my concerns he gave me a recommendation for my garage door based on if it was his own home. There is no better way to gain my confidence then to make a recommendation to me based on if it was your house. He is the expert in the industry! Travis C was my technician who performed the repairs on my garage door. Travis was a true blessing! He was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He was extremely thorough when explaining the 3 different options that were available to fix my garage door. His work was impeccable and I truly appreciate how he showed me everything he had done when the job was finished. If you are looking for top notch quality, knowledge 2nd to none, and a company that cares about people and building relationships with them you won't be disappointed by choosing Precision!

We were concerned about the dependability and safety of our 29 year old garage door. We contacted Precision Door Service based on their business model and also that they were a family business. Nick arrived on time and immediately assessed our garage door. Based on his recommendation we choose to replace the door. What we most appreciated was that he presented different product options. We got a high quality door and opener that fit our budget. As he completed our order he made certain we were well informed about the items we purchased.

We couldn't be more happy with Precision. The entire staff was very professional, from the initial sales call through installation and follow up. It's always easy to make a big investment like this when you fully trust the team you're working with. After a couple of bad experiences with contractors, we thoroughly enjoyed working with the entire Precision team. And our house looks GREAT!

Joe was very helpful and friendly. Our original call was for a broken part on our garage door opener. We decided after 15 years for a new opener, there was no pressure to buy, he also gave us a price to fix the existing one. Product is wonderful and the service was amazing. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received by Precision. I came home to a broken spring which wouldn’t allow my door to open. Called Precision and they came out the same day and kept in contact about arrival time of the technician. Luke Dials was the tech and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected the door, etc and laid out my options. He then made all the repairs in a very efficient and timely manner. Great experience with Precision and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone !

Quick response time to my phone call for service & repair of the garage door. The new to us home & garage door needed multiple parts replaced, some panels realigned & tech's eye to get the door working & have a 3 year warrantee on the replacement parts. I called at 8:15AM & tech arrived at 11:30. Condition of door & controller inspected, repairs completed 2 & half hours later. I will call Precision, again, when & if needed.

The reviews are legit, my garage door was broken on the weekend, a rep showed very quickly that day, was professional, reasonable prices, install went smooth. Called them back out a few years later when Garage door opener acted up, again quick, professional and not an unreasonable price.
