Del was very knowledgeable and did quality work. He came to replace the lower brackets, and talked me into getting new cables as well. He showed me where my existing cable on the left was starting to fray (which I missed) and identified why the bracket and cable were becoming worn. I put the Precision sticker he gave me over the one of the people who installed my garage door.

I was incredibly impressed with Precision's professionalism from start to finish. Two minutes after I used the website to make an inquiry (at about seven at night, mind you), someone called me. Not only did she offer to have someone out at eight o'clock the following morning, which I could not do, she was able to accommodate my schedule with no extra charge for weekend service. Brad, the man who fixed my door, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and professional. I would say he went above and beyond. These days, Iâ??m so stunned to find good customer service. Precisionâ??s customer service is amazing. I would not hesitate to call them again.

The spring broke & it was still under warranty. Also had a coupon discount for the service call. Sam was very professional & gave me some choices when I can afford a new garage door. Thanks Sam ! I would have given 5 stars except for the same day service did not apply to me. The spring broke the night before & I did not get the service until the morning after. It must have been a busy night. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends & will use them when it's time for a new garage door to be installed.

The repair technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly solved the problem that created the issue with my door, and show me other issues with the door that may need to be repaired in the future. In addition to the repairs that were a result of the call, he also replaced the bearings.

Stephen showed up right on time and worked with me as well as Genie in trying to fix my old opener. In the end , I decided to go with a new Liftmaster belt driven opener. Stephen performed this installation quickly and professionally and then helped with my squeaky garage door. I was very satisfied with the service.

I would like to thank your great team in helping me resolve an issue quickly. I needed a new Garage door opener. Have it installed correctly and have it done quickly. Lisa who helped me schedule the appointment, to Brad installing a new opener. This took place within a 3 hour window (from start to finish). Brad sold me on a new opener (very quite) and installed new safety devices (which my older unit didn't have).

I was impressed by the quick response to my email inquiry, which was sent after 9pm on a Sunday night when I noticed the problem. I received a call that same evening at 10pm to set up an appointment for the following morning. The technician phoned to let me know that he was 10 minutes away, which was on time with the appointment that I set up. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had it fixed within about an hour. He even swept up after. The quick response and professionalism made what could have been a pain...much easier to deal with. Thank you!!

Top notch crew. They did a great job. I would give 5 stars but do to some mix up on their end I was left sitting for an hour waiting for my appoint to only find out they had failed to schedule it properly. This was corrected the next day and the techs showed up on time and ready to get the job done. I had cables, rollers, springs, and drums replaced.
