Precision Door Service was excellent. All my expectations were met, they were prompt, prices were good and the work was tops. Precision Door Service provided stellar service! They responded immediately to inspect our 20 yr old door that was having problems and devised a solution that was within budget to fix it. I appreciated that the technician (Mike) listened to our priorities and educated us on the door mechanics so we know what to keep an eye on going forward. Mike was extremely personal and helpful. Such a pleasure doing business with you! Same day service, all the parts were in the technician’s truck. In a couple of hours, he worked hard to replace the broken bits and get my garage door back up and working again! I can’t say enough good things about the company or the technician! I called Precision Garage Door Opener Repair of Portland on a Saturday evening and a technician, Andrew, came out the next morning to repair my garage door opener. He assessed my garage door opener, gave me the results, recommendation and estimates. After I consented to the repair, he repaired it with new parts and within an hour, my garage door opener was functioning again! Andrew was professional, friendly and timely. I highly recommend them!

An amazing job! A friendly guy came out and gave us an estimate for two garage doors w/frosted glass. It was scheduled about 6 weeks out, which i wished was earlier, but they came on the day they said, and did a perfect job. They took out everything related to the old garage doors, rails, opener, electronics, etc, and put in all new hardware including seals. The new opener is super quiet and i love the look of the doors. Thank you.
