I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work done by the two extremely friendly and professional workers. I called yesterday to have a malfunctioning opener checked and today I have two new openers! No, I was not forced into getting them. They were old and would need replacing soon anyway. They were finished in about three hours, and explained the operation of the doors very clearly, and set all the new codes. I could not be happier with their work and the quality of the products. I had two technicians Luke and Steven who worked on my garage doors. One door had stopped working altogether. They replaced the springs and other parts on both doors and serviced them, gave me a 10-year guarantee on the parts. Luke was personable, explained everything that would be done, gave me a free can of garage door lubrication with instructions to lubricate 2 times a year. At 1:15 p.m. yesterday my garage door suddenly wouldn't open -one week before my house was to be listed for sale. Based on a friend's experience and my realtor's recommendation, I called Precision. Brittney was very helpful and efficient in gathering information, then said there was an open window from 2:00 - 4:00 that same afternoon! At 1:50 I got a call from Luke saying he would be there at 2:20. At 2:15 he pulled in the driveway, friendly and easy-going, asking me questions, assessing the problem, then gave me 3 options. I chose one and he went to work - replacing cables and rebalancing springs - done in less than 30 minutes. He even programmed new remotes I had bought elsewhere and helped clean up behind a cabinet that had to be moved. Luke definitely knew what he was doing, and his customer service was above and beyond. I wish every company was this competent and responsive - very impressive!!

On Monday evening, my garage door decided it didn't want to stay closed. Precision's on-line scheduling ap made it simple to schedule service on Tuesday morning! Gabe and Luke called to let me know that they were on their way. They were prompt, efficient, explained what the issue was and what my options were and, when I made a decision, they immediately went to work. When they were finished, they showed me what they'd done and pointed out a potential future problem for me to keep an eye on. HIGHLY recommended!

We get great service from Precision. We don't have problems with our doors often but when they do it's always easy to get them out to our house to resolve it quickly. I highly recommend them. Luke came out last time and was really helpful with advice about getting the most from our garage door openers.
