Garage door spring broke this morning which almost caused us to miss a long-awaited doctor appointment. I had used Precision Door Service at our previous house, so I knew you guys would do a good job. The door was fixed by early afternoon because all your vans carry all the necessary parts. Jason D did an outstanding job, and the door works much better than before. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service. Thank you very much!

I was very pleased when I called your company and given an appointment the same day to have a repairman come to my home and check my garage door for the problems I had concerns about. Jason Davenport was courteous and professional and thoroughly checked and showed me the problems he found and my options to repair the door. Excellent same-day service, multiple options presented and thoroughly explained. No up-selling. Stayed late to finish the job, set up phone app, home-link controls in cars, keypad, etc. Can’t recommend Tim and Precision more. Woke up thinking I ought to get my failing garage door opener fixed and made a call. By evening had a modern opener installed and damaged cables/springs replaced.

Service was able to be scheduled within 48 hours. Technician named Tim was on time, friendly, and personable. He got our garage door going again and advised us of a few issues with our 20 year old opener. Gave us estimates for updating our system, but no pressure at all to do it that day. I had been pleased with their service a couple of years before. They are my go-to company for repairs and service. Will get a new opener from them in near future.

I searched for a provider with consistent good reviews. Precision is top notch. Tim came out to evaluate our needs and provided explanations and an estimate. So far, I couldn’t ask for better service. The work will be completed next week.

Called Sat evening. Door wouldnt close at all. Couldn't get out til Monday. I advised operator that my door would be open for two nights and uncomfortable with that. She put me on hold, came back, could come out next day (Sunday). Business operator called back Sunday, employee ill, couldn't make it. Would come Monday. Called back 10 mins later, changed appt back to Sunday again betwn 12pm-2pm and waived service call of $95 for my inconvenience! Tech called when he was on the way. Showed up on time. Spent an hr repairing for a temp fix. Needed new door. Quoted price. Explained the problem. Door is now operable. Set appt for new door. Showed me how to lubricate the door. Great customer service from beginning to end. Repair/time/materials $225. I took some busn cards. Will be recommending this company to everyone! It's nice to know that exceptional customer service still exists! Awesome!!!

Our technician, Tim, was very helpful and very clearly explained the work that needed to be done and our options for repairing our garage door. when we picked the option we wanted he got right to work on it.
