Our garage door spring broke on Saturday afternoon. Jacob arrived on time at 10:00 AM Sunday morning. He replaced the broken spring and other parts, check all points and serviced other door components. Also replaced light bulbs and programmed a remote controller. Excellent work.

We have used Precision doors twice, and both times they were absolutely brilliant. The technicians were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They replaced our garage door and opener 5 years ago, and we were impressed at how much quieter the model they selected was over the original one installed by the builders. The best part was it was half the price! So when one of the door springs broke the other day, Precisions doors were the only company we considered calling. It was a Sunday afternoon and they scheduled a technician to come out the next day, which was amazing service. Brian, the technician identified the issue, serviced the system, and got it fixed and over hauled in an hour! He did a great job and I would definitely recommend using him at Precision doors. They are our go to for all garage door issues!

Jason Davenport completed the repair. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing for the door. He not only fixed the wiring problems but also tightened all the screws and lubricated all around. The door looked brand new when he was done. He ran a few test openings to confirm it was working very well. And, he was even able to arrive a little early which worked well for me.

Asked for a checkup and maintenance since this is a new home to us. Completely “put together” and knew it as soon as the guy opened his mouth. I was told I’d need to spend anywhere from $1000-$2000, depending on the level of repair I chose. Unneeded repair. The doors are only 6 years old. Sent him on his way and just paid $145 to a large competitor for an education on care and lesson on lubrication. Too bad for Precision if they’re paying their guys for unnecessary upselling. Can’ BS a BS’er.

I have used this company before and they were great - their customer service and technicians are the best. The spring on my garage door broke and they were able to get a technician out and the repair was done the same day. David was on time, friendly, respectful and did an excellent job. Our Tension spring broke in half on Saturday and we were unable to open the garage door. The following Monday it was completely fixed for a reasonable price. Hunter was the technician that fixed our door, he was friendly, efficient and went above and beyond. We have had many same day cancellations during the pandemic from companies doing appliance repairs, etc which left us in a bad spot for weeks at a time. This company definitely cares about their customers and I highly recommend them.

Two thumbs up! Communication was prompt and helpful from the first call, through updates about the tech’s arrival time, through the service visit. The tech, Scott, was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it well and fixed it promptly. It’s a hassle when your garage door quits, but the repair with Precision was smooth and affordable.
