This is my third experience with Precision Garage Door and I have never had a bad experience. I called in my problem late afternoon on Monday and they gave me an appointment the next morning, so I was very happy about that ! Brandon gets an A++ from me and my husband for his very pleasant and professional attitude. He was a pleasure to work with. He helped us decide exactly what type of garage door opener system would fit our needs and I'm very happy with it. He was fast and efficient and patient with my pestering him while he worked ????I hope Precision Garage Door treats him well because he's a five-star employee !!!!

He showed up within a couple of hours of my phone call. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained the problem and provided me with some options including repair or replacement. My garage door is a mess, but I just needed it to work for now. He fixed the problem in about an hour and provided me with a quote for replacing the entire system. I am very satisfied.

Brandon came out early and got my garage door working great. He changed the rollers and the spring, reprogramed my outside remote and programmed my 2nd remote so I didn’t have to move the first one from one car to my other car. He was totally professional and made my door open and close a lot quieter.

Never again! With the “Crash Door” notation of $500 and service call of $74.95 that amounts to $191.65 per hour for a 3 hour service call. it was Sunday ,but geez.I live in a 55 plus community of about 225 homes so I will post this bill on the community board with a notation of 3 hour service call and let people draw their own conclusions
