Jason comes to Precision Door by way of Apple Valley, CA. He moved to the Portland area after a visit to the Multnomah Falls, fell in love with them - and the rest is history! He enjoys working with people, troubleshooting problems, resolving issues and leaving our valued customers with a smile on their faces. He is an avid gym member and works out regularly both inside and enjoying the outdoors. He is the proud papa of a cat with 6 toes!! .. and has been married to the love of his life for 16 years.

Discovered broken garage door spring at 11am Sat Memorial Day Weekend. My truck was stuck inside, I thought I was out of luck until Tuesday. Thanks to PDS, door was repaired and working again perfectly by 530pm same day. It was easy to make appt on website. I knew who to expect with emailed message and attached video link. Tech (Jason D) called first, arrived soon after. Definitely knows his garage springs; I learned some things. He suggested a couple of repair options. Didn't take long. The bill was fair (this is 2024). Will use PDS again, recommend.

Tremendous job by Installer/Technician Jason. Our 13 year old spring broke. We upgraded to the 10 year warranty package which included heavy-duty, robust parts. The garage door now works flawlessly (no rattles/noise). Always pleased with Precision's work.

Wonderful experience! Customer service was very friendly, and scheduling was easy, and she worked around my schedule. Jason, the technician, was punctual and very friendly. My garage door needed a new opener. He explained my options in a clear and concise manner. I had questions regarding the overall condition of the door, as is 30 years old. After he showed me the parts that were wearing out, he educated me on parts that could be upgraded. He answered all my questions with such patience and was not pushy on the options he gave me and clearly explained each.

Our garage doors began to make noise and periodically stall out when coming down. Jason did a great job of replacing the cables and adjusting the doors back to the original positions. I’m very happy with the work done. I felt it was a little expensive however and that is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.

I backed my car out of the garage before the door was all the way up resulting in damage to the door. ????????. I called Precision because you performed some maintenance on the door a year or so ago. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment for this afternoon. The technician was the same one I had before and he was prompt and professional. I appreciate your quick response. In 2021, I hired Precision Garage Door of Portland to replace the spring on our roll-up door because the technician did an excellent job, I had them come out to service our door. Jason showed up on time and did an exceptional job inspecting the door to ensure it worked properly. Jason patiently explained what he found and gave me several options to fix the issues he found.
