Precision did a remarkable job from making an appointment to have a technician to service our broken door, and upon asking, to then show us how affordable it was to replace the doors and all the hardware! Luke (inital technician/salesman) was Excellent! Very friendly and professional. Respected the social distancing paramters set by the CDC and his company. Then Julia was excellent in contacting me to set up the installation date and go over pricing and answer all questions. Then Gary came and did an Exceptional job installing two Beautiful New Doors with all new hardware! After the job finished I paid the balance online but noticed an Oops on the invoice. I contacted Julia and she and the Owner Kim fixed the problem lickity-split! Talk about customer service! Phenominql service start to finish! Thank you precision Door Service!

I wish I would have called earlier. I’ve had a broken garage door that I thought would cost me $1000 plus dollars only to cost me $340 and they were at my house within a few hours of me calling. I can't say enough about what a great experience we had with Precision. We called on a Sunday morning and had our garage door fixed by 1PM...including damage that we didn't even know existed. It started with an emergency repair on Sunday and was happy to see that they were open. Customer services reps were very courteous. Technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and wore a mask for COVID-19 the whole time. I would recommend this company due to the service.
