Overall a good experience. They replaced my broken spring. The repairman was professional, courteous, and finished in a timely manner. Only complaint is the price seemed a little high, $350 for two springs. And that was with a $100 discount!

Hunter gave me the bad news that he did not have the part needed for the repair and it probably was not available because of the age of the opener (24 years). He told me what brands they carried. He was very knowledgeable about the pluses a minis of each and of the different types. Chain, screw, belt, ect. So far very pleased with the purchase liftmaster 8550 weld So many upgrades from the old one (screw) liftmaster. And it is much quieter.

100% painless! Hunter diagnosed the problem, gave me options, and I selected what should have taken an hour and a half and it took him less than an hour. Very personable and while I worked on my car we chatted a bit. I would recommend Precision to anyone. Customer service guaranteed.
