These guys are AMAZING! Hunter just installed a new garage door opener this morning. Hunter came prepared with three options for a new opener. He didn’t pressure me to buy the most expensive option. I used Precision for repairs on my garage door at my previous address so knew their work and reputation. Hunter is an excellent technician and extremely personable. He explained everything he did in detail and answered all my questions. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage repairs, rebuilding or a new garage door setup. Hunter checked everything and replaced the motor, springs, rollers and cables. Works like a dream and is no longer slow and noisy. What a pleasure that is.

I selected Precision because they advertised same day service. The service was excellent! I was kept informed of the technician's expected time of arrival - a phone call advised me he'd be a little late due to the length of an earlier job, but in the event he showed up early in the time-frame promised. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional, giving an estimated time for the job and completing it very close to his estimate. The end result of his work makes me realize I should have had the door looked at along time ago - it now opens and closely really smoothly and noiselessly compared to the way it had been for quite some time. Should I need garage door service in the future I won't look anywhere else. As stated earlier, the service was ecellent.

I had used Precision Overhead Garage Door before at my former address. My daughters condo garage door needed a tune-up and I just happened to open Group-On (I had never used it before but was curious what it was about) and found a coupon for a door tune-up by Precision. I contacted Precision to find out how it worked and after she explained it to me I purchased the coupon and the technician (Hunter - a very wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable young man) came to the house and did a first class job at tuning up the door. He also explained other options to me if I wanted to do more than the coupon offered. I to update the coupon a little and wait for another time to do more. He was great to explain everything he had done and showed me anything I had questions about. The door is like new, but will do more later.

Absolutely a 5 star business! We could not open our garage door on Sunday morning in the middle of Memorial Day weekend. Who to call? We found Precision's fantastic web page and called. Our call was answered by a live person and we were scheduled for a service call the same day. Amazing for a holiday weekend! A short time later the repairman called to inform us he was on his way. Our garage door was evaluated, we were given an explanation of the repair needed along with some suggested maintenance items. Our garage door was back in full operation by mid afternoon. From beginning to end we were very pleased with our decision to call Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Fabulous customer service and excellent professional work! We highly recommend this business!
