I feel like I have a new garage door it is so quiet when it goes up. I had bought a Groupon to have my garage door opener tuned up. My garage door opener wasn't closing the door all the way. Branden recommended a new opener as it is quite old but when I explained that I wouldn't be able to purchase one right now he worked hard to find the issue and replace the part and then lubricated it and had it running again and sounding like new. He never tried to pressure me into a new unit but worked hard to make mine last awhile longer until I can save up the money for a new one. I really appreciated that and will call Precision for the new one when I am ready. Branden is a class act and really knows garage door openers & a real professional. Thank you

Precision installed our garage door several years ago, and we have been impressed with how smoothly the door functions, as well as how appealing it is aesthetically. It has always been easy to make an appointment with a technician for an inspection or repair. Luke and Tim were efficient, professional and good natured. We were pleased that they were very thorough while inspecting the garage door, and made sure any questionable parts were repaired or replaced. We were happy and satisfied with our service and will call again anytime our garage door has any issues.

Came on time. Knowledgeable technician. Fixed the problem (broken spring) quickly and rectified an original installation issue. They used powder coated spring. They noticed the torsion spring bearing was failing and replaced that. Nice company but the nature of their work probably means repeat business is unlikely (they work themselves out of a job). Should I need a new garage door opener thought I would definitely go with them.

Branden was very good at explaining what was wrong with our old garage door opener as well as the service which was needed on the existing door.We replaced the opener and basically had the entire door rebuilt.After all the work was done we were amazed at just how smooth and quiet the new set up was. Hi, Just wanted to let you know that Luke did an excellent job. He called a little early saying he could meet me sooner if i able to. He was on time and when what was going on with the remotes, he listened carefully and knew exactly what i needed. He got straight to work, was professional, efficient and even gladly let my golden retriever lean on him for a "hello". Very impressed! I was told by two other garage door companies that the space was not sufficient for a garage door opener. Luke showed up and not only fixed a broken spring the same day, but he worked out a plan using his resources (co-worker who stopped by at the end of his shift to look) to install a garage door opener as well.
