Had never used your company before but but was drawn to you by TV commercials. Jason arrived within the 2 hour window I was given. He courteous and knowledgeable of my situation. Explained the repairs that should be made and suggested a new door opener along with the costs. I declined the new opener because of the cost. He made the other repairs and adjustments very quickly and left.

We were having intermittent problems closing our garage door using the garage door opener. We tried to troubleshoot the problem by following instructions and videos on the door opener manufacturer’s website as well as doing an online chat with them, but couldn’t figure it out. Then we called Precision, who had originally installed both the door and the opener. They were able to send Chuck to our house within 30-60 minutes of our phone call! He asked questions about the issues we were having, checked various components of the door and opener, and made some adjustments. The door is now opening and closing properly. Our garage door was stacked in the down position and we were leaving the next morning.Called precision at about 4pm Saturday night got a live person answering the phone very helpful had a repair guy there within 30 minutes to replace broken springs. Chuck the repair was very professional and responsive had a new spring in under an hour. Great job don’t bother to call anybody else!
