David was born in Lewiston Idaho and move to Oregon as a young child. He spent many of his formative years in Boy Scouts involved in numerous areas of community service. At home, David is the proud "Papa" to a miniature zoo! Malamute + 9 puppies, 3 lizards, 2 snakes, tortoise, several birds and a frustrated cat!.... and a partridge in a pear tree! His hobbies include working on older classic vehicles, hiking, fishing and being outdoors as much as possible. David enjoys working at PDS because it gives him the opportunity of engaging with, and helping people while working with his hands.

I have used this company before and they were great - their customer service and technicians are the best. The spring on my garage door broke and they were able to get a technician out and the repair was done the same day. David was on time, friendly, respectful and did an excellent job. This company truly values their customers and their employees, the repair technicians are trained and know exactly what they are doing, I would not use anyone else. David was great. He gave me several options. He never pressured me for anything. I choose to have the high end opinion because we use the door a lot. It was still less than half of what was spent only about year before for the same type of repair. Obviously I called because that failed. I now have a warranty on the work. I understood what was being done and why. The price for the quality was great and the service outstanding. I do hope it's at least 10 years from now; nevertheless, Precision is who I will call if needed. I am glade I called. All the 5 star reviews are deserved!

David is amazing! One of the best service experiences I've ever had with any company. Scheduling the appointment online was simple and fast. David, an amazing service technician, showed up exactly when he said he would arrive, answered all of my questions, and really helped me to understand my garage door system. As a do-it-yourselfer, I knew that I needed a company to balance my garage door. David not only did the work, he identified a few areas of installing a new opener myself to watch out for and explained a few essential elements that will make sure the install is within code. I will definitely be using Precision Door Service again.

Loved the service. Problem resolved very quickly and enjoy service person David Pla. I had problems with your call center The person kept telling me I did not purchase the system in August 2012. But made an appointment for David to come out. David assured me I did purchase it after I provided a copy of the contract I received at the time of installation and my payment.
