Born and raised in Kansas City, Joe moved to the Pacific NW in 2015 to be closer to his wife’s family. He and his wife have enough on their hands at home with a baby born in January of 2020 and an excessively energetic Labrador-Spaniel mix, but Joe is always willing to lend a helping hand to his customers. In his spare time he enjoys listening to audiobooks about history and travel and exploring this region he's grown to love so much.

Joe showed up exactly when he said he would. I described the problem to him. Within minutes we had a remedy, and the problem was quickly fixed. He also did a quick inspection of the garage door system, and made some recommendations that gave me options. It was quick, relatively inexpensive, and excellent service. I highly recommend Precision, and Joe in particular.

Excellent work! We were extremely fortunate to have Joe Igla as our Service Representative. He came in, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed the problem in no time flat. I googled Precision, and read some nice reviews. I called to make an appointment, and was able to get one for the very next day. I felt that Joe really showed integrity in being truthful about what was needed with my garage door opener. He didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. Joe (and apprentice Tim) did a thorough job, and now I have a garage door that opens and closes quietly and efficiently. Thank you for sending such kind and hard working folks to my home. Great Service. Joe is an all star. He presented three options and we discussed pros and cons and made a decision based upon costs and needs. I was so pleased that Precision was able to send a tech out the same day, as my garage door chain sprocket was broken and springs worn. I was not able to open it manually. Joe came out at the time expected, explained and gave me options for repair or replacement. He was very professional and personable. It made for a pleasant experience when so many times home repairs are a pain. And I love my new, nearly silent garage door opener! Thank you!

I would like to thank Joe for giving us a quote on a new door, opener, and keypad. Our old garage door was approx. 20 years old and had seen better days. We went with a door with windows and it looks so nice plus I really like the natural light coming in!Joe was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would also like to thank CJ for his work in installing the new door, opener and keypad. He did a great job! We love our new door and opener. It's so quiet compared to the old door! Love the fact that we can download an app that will allow us to open and close the garage door from anywhere.

I want to thank Joe Igla for his excellent customer service! He was here fast and on time. He was very professional yet personable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed and gave me three options so I could choose what would fit my financial capabilities. When he needed to add parts for an unforeseen problem, he spoke with me first and explained why. For someone who was working on a holiday, he had the best attitude!
