We love this company and their service is always outstanding. Yesterday we had a problem with our garage door not closing properly and they came out first thing this morning and fixed it. Our technician, Matt was excellent and quickly resolved our issue. I highly recommend this company!

The technician, Matthew Bell, texted his ETA. Upon arrival he was friendly and professional and asking what the problem is. He then did his safety inspection and after explained what he found was wrong and what he had to do to fix it. He finished the repair a lot quicker than I expected.

Excellent customer service - at office and on-site. Matt, the tech who arrived on schedule was thorough in his examination and explained the elements of the quote, Matt was very detailed and checked the entire garage door system. Very pleased - and gladly recomend Precision.
