Jason was excellent. Great service. Made sure I understood the repairs needed to the garage door. He reviewd all the options available for the repairs and replacing the main operating system of the new opener. I highly recomend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Excellent same-day service, multiple options presented and thoroughly explained. No up-selling. Stayed late to finish the job, set up phone app, home-link controls in cars, keypad, etc. Can’t recommend Tim and Precision more. Woke up thinking I ought to get my failing garage door opener fixed and made a call. By evening had a modern opener installed and damaged cables/springs replaced.

Service was able to be scheduled within 48 hours. Technician named Tim was on time, friendly, and personable. He got our garage door going again and advised us of a few issues with our 20 year old opener. Gave us estimates for updating our system, but no pressure at all to do it that day. I had been pleased with their service a couple of years before. They are my go-to company for repairs and service. Will get a new opener from them in near future.

Called Sat evening. Door wouldnt close at all. Couldn't get out til Monday. I advised operator that my door would be open for two nights and uncomfortable with that. She put me on hold, came back, could come out next day (Sunday). Business operator called back Sunday, employee ill, couldn't make it. Would come Monday. Called back 10 mins later, changed appt back to Sunday again betwn 12pm-2pm and waived service call of $95 for my inconvenience! Tech called when he was on the way. Showed up on time. Spent an hr repairing for a temp fix. Needed new door. Quoted price. Explained the problem. Door is now operable. Set appt for new door. Showed me how to lubricate the door. Great customer service from beginning to end. Repair/time/materials $225. I took some busn cards. Will be recommending this company to everyone! It's nice to know that exceptional customer service still exists! Awesome!!!

I called 3 companies and Precision door responded in 5 minutes. They sent a tech out within an hour. Tim was very knowledgeable and efficient. He recommended 2 springs instead of one and had them installed in under 30 minutes
