The torsion spring and cables on our garage door broke. Contacted Precision Door at 11am, had an appointment booked for noon. Our technician Beau explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner, showed me what was needed and what could be done now to mitigate problems down the road, and got everything fixed in the timeframe he offered. I'm very impressed with how easy it was to get someone out to fix our door, and will definitely come back to this business for all our garage door needs. Thanks!

Prompt and courteous service from the office staff and Joe, our friendly service representative. Joe called ahead and arrived promptly, gave us an honest assessment of the condition of our garage door and opener (both good and only needed minor adjustments and servicing). Your technician, Scott, could not have been more professional or nicer. He came out the same day I called. He gave me a very precise estimate with several options. Precision Garage door exceeded my expectations! After a break-in, I needed same-day service to replace garage door key pads and clickers. I called Precision, and they quickly and politely answered all of my questions, and had a technician named Marcus at my house within the morning. Marcus called me on his way to provide an estimate of arrival. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and provided prompt and thorough service. He answered all my questions, provided multiple options, and did an all-around great job. I highly recommend and would use Precision Garage Door again.

They installed the door 8 yrs ago and have serviced it periodically since. Noticed a clunking noise and called. Next day response. Diagnosed the issue with a bearing plate. Had the plates in the service truck. 1 hour later a satisfied customer. Door works smooth as silk.

Joe our installer replaced our opener and was friendly knowledgeable and taught us all we needed to know with our new opener. We saw an ad on tv and remembered the name when looking for a different service company. They were very responsive in setting an appointment. Our service provider Marcus was extremely helpful and personable. 2 hours later we had a completely new system. New garage door motor, chain, keypad, and remotes. He took the time to reprogram our cars and extra remotes. We highly recommend Precision garage door service.

The technician, James who came out to repair my garage door was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly and did top quality work. Was able to get out the day after I called as well which was amazing, will work with them again if I need more work done!
