We are thoroughly delighted with the service we received from Precision Garage Door. We had two garage door openers replaced along with a complete tune up of our garage door hardware. Your technician could not have been more professional or nicer. He fixed our old 23 year old door and it works better than ever. He gave us a very precise estimation and several options as to how we could proceed with the repairs and then fixed all the problems. You are lucky to have such a young man in your employ.

I appreciated that we semi-"escalated" the appointment since I had invested $1000 for all new parts with a 10-year warranty in September 2023 which resulted in a "no charge fee" for today (normally with a warranty there is a base fee to pay). Luke had another technician with him, but Luke being one of the main trainers for Precision pointed out many flaws that were from the original installation and fixed issues that may or may not have been noticed (that should have been corrected?) back in September 2023. So got some answers to why the relapse happened but additional answers to why my garage system keeps "failing". Another discovery was how the track bar was rubbing against the top of the door itself due to the lower ceiling. I am glad there is a company that can take responsibility for their work, but also be professional to inform me of how the work of initial installation was completed and why the issues came about again. I think the project itself was more than ever anticipated, but I would honestly rather have Luke service all 20 of our garage units over the original installation company (unnamed) to help guarantee the work will last 15 to 20 years since it only has been 8 years. Showed how to properly apply lubricant spray to joints and pin areas of the rollers. Took additional time to fix the wall-mounted remote to fix the electrical line and secure it more properly to the wall.

This company and the people that work for it are just awesome!!! We were gathering a few quotes and precision was the least expensive, and we didn't sacrifice service or quality. The service from sales to installation was smooth. They were very helpful at recommending some ways to help keep water out of the garage besides the wonderful new doors. My only issue is they only do garage doors because I would hire them for every repair job. A wonderful experience and great value.
