Luke was exceptional. He came the same day I called (he was a little delayed, but called to let me know), he assessed our needs and did the installation of a new garage door opener and updated our running hardware on the spot. He had almost everything we needed on his truck. He needed a few extra parts, and one of his colleagues came by to drop them off. Everything was done in a matter of hours on the same day as the initial call. I'm sure I could have gotten a cheaper price, but the service and timeliness were worth it. And Luke is a very affable and capable guy. I would definitely use these folks again.

Arrived on time. Inspected the door and explained what needed fixing. Gave us 2 quotes. Fixed the door after we accepted 1 of the quotes. Done and gone in about an hour. Great, friendly service. Happy with the repair and cost. Highly recommend.

Besides replacing both springs on my door, he recommended new rollers and end bearings which were pretty worn out. And could have contributed to the spring on my door failing besides the age of them. Boy, you people are fast and efficient! With a broken spring, I called a little after eight and was told someone would be here a little after ten, which he was. Paul L. came and repaired the spring, put in new rollers on the side and bearings at my request and was gone before eleven. He left behind a door that was operating much more efficiently and QUIET! Thank you so much.
