I started the chat at 8am on a Saturday asking for info, had a nice quick informative conversation and scheduled for 3pm same day for Travis to take a look. He was prompt, professional and even had time to do the required work to get us a new opener and all the fixes needed to feel safe and secure again. Will recommend to his company to friends and family, they are top notch with customer service and product! Happy customers here :)

Precision was able to schedule a repair person to come out the next morning. Joe had everything he needed to repair the broken spring and replace the 24 year old garage door opener. He clearly communicated what he needed to do and how much it would cost. The estimate we discussed matched the cost on the invoice. I selected Precision because they advertised same day service. The service was excellent! I was kept informed of the technician's expected time of arrival - a phone call advised me he'd be a little late due to the length of an earlier job, but in the event he showed up early in the time-frame promised. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional, giving an estimated time for the job and completing it very close to his estimate. The end result of his work makes me realize I should have had the door looked at along time ago - it now opens and closely really smoothly and noiselessly compared to the way it had been for quite some time. Should I need garage door service in the future I won't look anywhere else. As stated earlier, the service was ecellent.

My wife and I are not ready yet but getting estimates ,I called Precision Travis an estimator came over the next day ,we talked about some new doors and about parts and labor .Travis did his thing and took measurements and so on , a few minutes later he talked about all it would take and gave me an estimate .I'm pretty sure when we get ready we will go with Precision doors.

Nick did a great job. I spent more than I had planned but after Nick inspected the whole door he fully explained and showed me the other problems besides just the springs. He didn’t pressure me but I made the decision to repair the whole thing one time rather than have it break and have more service calls costing me more in the end. When we arrived home last night the garage door would not open. When we looked inside the garage we found a large broken spring and some loose cables. The broken spring made it impossible to open the door either with the opener or manually. I called Precision on Monday morning and they scheduled a noon appointment. They gave me a quote for 3 options and then they did an excellent job installing a new spring and cables right then. All completed by 2pm. I highly recommend them.
