Luke was awesome...6 stars! He called and arrived shortly after 8am. He listened to the issues with our garage doors and then did an indepth evaluation of our doors, the motors, ect. When we discovered the issues he was upfront and transparent about the issues, pricing and time it would take to complete! Luke fixed our issues, updated our garage doors and I felt informed on what he fixed and how to maintain/problem solve going forward! It was a positive experience from booking an appointment to getting our garage doors in best working order. Will definitely recommend your company to my neighbors and friends!!

My son recommended Precision Door Service to install my new garage door opener because he had a positive experience with their products and their work about 3 years ago. Everything about my experience was excellent as well. I called and was scheduled for the next day between 9 and 11. Luke and James called a half hour prior to arriving shortly before 11. I recently moved here and this is my first garage so I know nothing about chains and belts and springs and general maintenance. They analyzed the status of a noisy, feeble 23-year-old garage door opener that I was certain needed to be replaced. Without overwhelming me with technical jargon, they proposed options and presented the pros and cons of each as well as the price. I selected the PDS Ultra 901. I also opted for new springs. Everything was installed and remote controls and keypads were programmed by 5PM. I’m extremely pleased with the result and I have a sense of security and safety with the products and with their work. I appreciated the respectful professionalism of both James and Luke in how they explained both the products and the process to me. They were conscientious and left my garage neater than it had been including removing debris from the spidery corners and Luke straightening out a dent in my garage door.

Our garage door has always functioned flawlessly but suddenly would not open. I called Precision at 9:00pm and spoke to a gentleman who scheduled the technician to arrive at 7:30am the next morning. The two workers arrived on time. They were professional, friendly and patiently answered my questions. They diagnosed the problem and had the correct parts in their van. My garage door was not opening due to a broken spring. It was past 5pm, and most places were closed except for Precision Door Service. I have never used them however, I needed my garage door repaired asap. Precision sent Luke and Curtis, the next day to repair my garage door. They were both friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They took their time and did a great job! I could not be more thrilled with my new garage opener & service from Precision. Late yesterday, heard a weird boom and discovered my garage opener cables were now on the floor. Woke up stressing over this situation at 3am, and started googling for solutions. Saw that Precision answered the phones 24 hours a day and set up a same day afternoon appointment. Luke and Nick arrived right on schedule, checked out the issue and offered a couple of solutions after diagnosing my old opener was failing. They replaced it quickly with a terrific new, and very quiet system that added better lighting to my garage. All within 24 hours of me discovering the problem!
