Ugh. Friday night and my garage door fails, with one car in, the other out. Seems as though the spring broke and, of course, the door is too heavy to lift manually. Jesse took my call for an appointment and promptly made an appointment for the next day with the explanation that the diagnostic charge would be $49 and any service needed would be additional--very straight forward! Joe made the service call and notified me of his findings. He was very clear answering my questions and explaining how the sensors operate with the moter and the remote.
