We have used Precision for a number of years. Promp, professional and fairly priced. As with our previous interactions with Percision Luke, the technician, arrived asked questions relating our issues with the garage door. Diagnosed and located the problems and gave us several options to address our needs. Completed the job fast and efficiently. Plus he was very friendly and easy to talk to. If you have a garage door issue I highly recommend them to resolve them.

I could not ask for better service. The call for help was made, the service person(Scott Kern) arrived within an hour, the repair was done and made the disabled door become able within the next hour and all is well. Garage door opener light was not working when opening and closing the door. Replaced light bulb. Also, inspection uncovered looser roller bearings. Replaced roller bearings on both ends. Finally, tightened belt and lubricated all hinges. Great job, Chuck Thank you

Our 13 year old opener let us know that it was giving up the ghost... Scheduled online for a service call - easy-peasy. Luke arrived and looked at the situation and confirmed that the head unit was not long for this world. An hour and a half later we've got a new "toy" to manage the garage door... Camera, smart phone integration, battery-backup, auto-close if we forget, led lights, one-time pass-code delivery support... Love it. Thanks...

Pre-visit communication was excellent. David, our technician was thorough in explaining his diagnosis of our malfunctioning garage door opener. He showed and explained the options we had for a replacement. He then quickly installed the new opener and walked us through installing the MyQ app for control via our iPhones. Precision Garage Door installed our new gorgeous doors last year. I noticed that one of them was not going up all the way on the track and called this morning. They had a tech over within a couple of hours and he had the minor change fixed quickly but still did a full review of all parts of the door just to see if anything else needed looked at. Our garage door failed closed as we were headed out to a dinner engagement with our son and daughter-in-law. Our cars were trapped in the garage and they had to come pick us up. We called Precision Garage Door Service and they came the next day to completely replace all moving parts (springs, rollers, cables, remotes and key pad) and made the repair in under two hours. The technicians were very efficient and professional. We could not have been more pleased with the timeliness of the response and the quality of the work. The springs, rollers and cables all gave out on my garage door. The Precision Team (Scott, along with another fellow who is still in training - I didn't catch his name) did a great job of assessing the needs, informing me of my options , and ultimately replacing the old broken parts with new, more solid parts. They were friendly and worked non-stop until the job was done. I would recommend them and call them back for other repairs or replacements in the future.

Brian and Sam did an outstanding job repairing our garage door issue! Precision was able to schedule a team for my issue the same day I called. I am incredibly happy with their friendly service. I was offered a number of repair options/estimates and they walked me through each one, being very candid in their recommendations. My neighbor had recommended Precision, and I'm certainly glad they did!
