Two thumbs up! Communication was prompt and helpful from the first call, through updates about the tech’s arrival time, through the service visit. The tech, Scott, was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it well and fixed it promptly. It’s a hassle when your garage door quits, but the repair with Precision was smooth and affordable.

Brian, showed up on a Sunday morning and within an hour and a half had the door fixed with new springs, bearings and cables. He was very thorough and explained everything before he did it. I hope my door doesn’t break again, but if it does, Precision is at the top of my list.

James did a workmanlike install of 2 garage door openers, outside key pads and inside wall control pads. He explained my options and how everything worked and how to get the best use of the new install. Got my car blue tooth remote synced up. New belt drives are quiet, LED lights very nice. James got me a nice discount for doing both doors.

Cody showed up on time to talk about new garage doors and openers with us. Our old wooden garage doors were 45 years old so obviously things had changed and we needed help. Cody went over everything, made my wife happy with the color selection and answered all of my questions. Next thing we knew he had the actual quote done, went over it in detail and we were initialing documents. It was that easy! We had non-standard garage doors, meaning we had to order them from the factory and all measurements must be correct. Cody checked each door's measurements to make sure they were the same, checked mounts for the door's new hardware and openers. Great job Cody and Precision Garage Door!

I’m a builder and have used Precision many times. Always very prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This time the installer was 5 months new employee, couldn’t answer some of my questions, was frustrated with the install, took 5 hours. When I booked appointment i told caller I wanted the same opener as installed last year. Installer said they don’t carry those. Appointment person should have had knowledge of my account, installer needed more info/better training. He was very prompt, courteous, nice guy and professional, nothing personal against him, he did a good job. Just too new for my liking. From a long time customer a seasoned veteran should have been sent. I get it he has to learn somehow but I had higher expectations of Precision. I’ll still use Precision but please do better training with your staff. Thanks.

Precision was timely and professional. The technician “Chuck” called ahead of time to give an accurate ETA and introduce himself. They warrantied the broken door spring that was replaced over 10 years ago at no charge except the minimal service fee. Great company and we always recommend them to our friends and family. We will always appreciate the fact that they came out and replaced our entire garage door opener motor, remotes, entry pad etc. at no charge 10 years ago when it failed and they found out I was struggling with health issues and in the hospital for a month. I can’t say enough about this incredible company! I highly recommend them.

Our garage door spring broke on Saturday afternoon. Jacob arrived on time at 10:00 AM Sunday morning. He replaced the broken spring and other parts, check all points and serviced other door components. Also replaced light bulbs and programmed a remote controller. Excellent work.

I called Precision Door after my garage door stopped opening due to a broken spring. Julia was quick to gather the information about my problem and sensitive to my level of urgency, was able to offer several scheduling options to choose what works best for my busy schedule. Brian arrived right on time and quickly followed up on the information relayed to him about my issue with the broken spring. Brian did a full inspection of my door, identifying some key wear items that were (along with the broken spring) past their expected life-cycle. He put together 3 options for me, starting with simply repairing the broken spring and then moving on to additional replacement of worn parts that, while still technically functioning, were obviously to the point of needing to be replaced and could fail at any time. I ended up going with the most involved repair, which gave me the piece of mind that the moving parts that were on the same life cycle as the springs would all be replaced and I wouldn't have to worry about another call in the near future. He shared his evaluation of my garage door and opener, assuring me that they are still in great shape and there was no reason to make any changes with them, which felt good knowing our opener is old and could easily be dismissed and an opportunity to upsell a replacement that wasn't needed. Brian's experience, attention to detail, professionalism and general good company left me confident that I made the right choice in calling Precision Door. We have used Precision doors twice, and both times they were absolutely brilliant. The technicians were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They replaced our garage door and opener 5 years ago, and we were impressed at how much quieter the model they selected was over the original one installed by the builders. The best part was it was half the price! So when one of the door springs broke the other day, Precisions doors were the only company we considered calling. It was a Sunday afternoon and they scheduled a technician to come out the next day, which was amazing service. Brian, the technician identified the issue, serviced the system, and got it fixed and over hauled in an hour! He did a great job and I would definitely recommend using him at Precision doors. They are our go to for all garage door issues!

I discovered that I had a broken spring on a Monday (of coarse). They were able to come the next day to fix it. The quoted prices were reasonable and I liked having multiple options. My door was old and badly in need of service so I opted for the complete overhaul package. The work was done in about an hour and the 10 year warranty gives me some much needed piece of mind. All in all I'm very happy with the quality of the work, the cost, and the speedy service. I would gladly recommend Precision.

Paul visited us today to discuss our garage door needs. He made some very astute observations about its workings and was very honest in his evaluation of our garage door needs. My wife, Debbi, and I were very appreciative of his honest assessment of how our garage door worked, and what it needed to function properly. They have as a motto that they are "a neighborly company" and Paul exhibited that with his genuinely friendly and courteous service. Should we ever require a garage door service in the future we will always, without hesitation, rely on Precision Door Service to fulfill that need.
