We are extremely happy with the work done by Precision Door Service. We had a broken garage door spring which created an urgent event for us having both cars trapped inside. They were able to get to our house quickly and get the repair done, even making improvements to the door and tracks that other companies had never done. The workmanship was excellent and efficient. Trey, your service representative was on time and very courteous to my wife and I answering all our questions. After inspecting our garage door set-up gave us answers to the problem and 3 options to correct it. We have used PrecisionDoor Service before and they always do and excellent job. Beau June arrived on time diagnosed the problems and explained what needed to be done to fix them: replaced the old garage door opener, replaced the springs, aligned the roller tracks, reset all remotes. He explained all the operational and Maintenance features fully. Amazing difference in the operation of the door. It is super quiet when opening and closing. Beau, good job well done.

Talk about red carpet service! I received help within 2 hours of my phone call! My keypad had stopped working and needed to be replaced. Colby did that and also did a full inspection. We decided to do some door maintenance as well, since he was here. Precision Door is the best company!

The technician, Matthew Bell, texted his ETA. Upon arrival he was friendly and professional and asking what the problem is. He then did his safety inspection and after explained what he found was wrong and what he had to do to fix it. He finished the repair a lot quicker than I expected.

Very happy with response. However, the problem came back later in the day as the temperature dropped, which your tech and I both thought was a possibility but couldn’t replicate after adjusting the track. I think the track needs to be more securely fixed at the bottom.

We were having intermittent problems closing our garage door using the garage door opener. We tried to troubleshoot the problem by following instructions and videos on the door opener manufacturer’s website as well as doing an online chat with them, but couldn’t figure it out. Then we called Precision, who had originally installed both the door and the opener. They were able to send Chuck to our house within 30-60 minutes of our phone call! He asked questions about the issues we were having, checked various components of the door and opener, and made some adjustments. The door is now opening and closing properly. Thanks, Precision and Chuck!
